Out garbage disposal died. we are older folks and have a hard time climbing around on the floor with heavy stuff in our arms. URV dispatch called to confirm the day before. The plumber called when on the way, came on time, took out old one and installed new one. Tested everything, cleaned up everything and it runs great. We will call them for our next job.

I requested a quote for a clogged line and received a quick response via yelp messaging from owner. I liked that he was quick to respond, no nonsense quote and explained the warranty period that was associated with it. I also liked that he worked with my schedule and made it work for me ( big plus). The plumber he sent me was Oleg. Not the friendliest guy, not the best people skills, but I guess it's okay because he got the job done timely and efficiently! This company also charged me a very fair price which I didn't feel horrible about having to pay.
I would def call this company back again.

URV is an excellent plumbing company. They react fast, they text you so that you know when the plumber is on his way. The faucets they installed were ones that I purchased by Home Depot. After the fine install job by Oleg, I noticed that the handles were tight and squeaked. I called URV and they came out right away. The tightness of the handles was because of the way the faucet was manufactured. Oleg, using WD40 took the time to correct the problem. It took some time to get all four handles of the two faucets to work well. I really appreciate the diligence of Oleg and the whole company. Very professional in all aspects and they all have an easy going attitude.

Initially they made a mistake thinking my water heater did not come with any anode rod. They showed me the diagram which allegedly shows the lack of an anode rod, then proceeded to charge me the fee for only flushing the tank (which technically I had not agreed to because I had assumed there would be an anode replacement, and there were much cheaper plumbers for the flushing service).

After they left I did some more research confirming my water tank does in fact have an anode rod. I then messaged them and showed them this info.

They agreed to come back and perform the agreed anode replacement at no extra charge; I would only need to pay the difference between what I'd already paid and the previous agreed price for anode replacement. This was very nice and professional on their part and I was left with a very positive experience.

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is if they'd done it right in the beginning it would've saved both parties a lot of time; also, if I hadn't done the extra research, they would've done the wrong service and given wrong info about my water heater and no one would've known. In general they are very professional and have a strong drive to make sure the customer is satisfied.

Prompt response through the Yelp quotation system. Lowest price from a licensed plumber, and reasonable start time. They initially estimated 6:00 pm, but provided an earlier start time 3:00 to 5:00 pm, which worked out nicely. Needed to clear a backed up sink. Ramon arrived, quickly assessed the situation, used an electric snake to clear the back up. Thorough work and cleaned up the area.
