on Sunday night the shower in the hallway bathroom started pouring water we got it stopped long enough to for the next day. Monday i called Urquhart Pluming and they came that morning and fixed the leak we talked about fixing both bathrooms in the house and we set up a time in the same week. They came back on 4/8/20 at 8:45 am and have been working so hard at getting everything just right. i could not have asked for a better people. now I don't have to worry about this happening again.. Thank you so much for coming quick and working fast to fix this major problem. I would tell anyone to call Urquhart Plumbing i feel like they are the best.

Nobody wants to call a plumber, especially on Thanksgiving Day, but that is exactly the position I found myself in. I was quoted an hourly rate of $360 because of the holiday and while I hated to spend that this close to Christmas, I agreed. The guys showed up and wasted no time finding and clearing the blockage. My husband wrote the $360 check. I happily had working drains again and life goes on. If the experience stopped there, this would be a 3-4 star review, but it doesn't. I received a phone call the next day (today) from them explaining that I had been quoted incorrectly. The correct holiday rate was only $240/ hour and they would be mailing me a check for the difference. That is taking care of the customer. Great job!!

I had a 9 AM appointment time. I was informed that they may be a bit late as they had another job to do prior to mine. No big deal if they were 30 min or even an hour late. My wife works night shift and had to stay up waiting on them. They finally ended up calling my cell phone at 2 p.m. (I was at work and did not receive the call). They may do good work when they get to your house I don't know. Just be prepared to take the day off waiting for them. I won't use them.

I had a broken sewer line at a cleanout valve between the house and the city sewer. Urquhart repaired efficiently at a fair price. I've been able to take care of most of my plumbing problems myself. However, this is the 3rd problem I've had over the past 10 years that I felt was too big for me to tackle. Each time I've called on Urquhart and I have been pleased with the work and price.

Had a water heater in the attic leaking, called Urquhart Plumbing at 7:50 am and within about 20 minutes three men came and found the problem They removed the old water heater and installed a new one in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Urquhart Plumbing came in behind my attempt at amateur plumbing, used what could be used of my guess-work parts, and had everything else needed to replumb under my sink and the refrigerator line. The bill was only $200. I called them back to snake my primary drain line a couple of times over 5 years and they did it great and remembered where all my clean-outs were. The bill was very reasonable. They aren't the biggest company in town, but they're darned dependable and reasonably priced
