Amazing! We called them at 10:30am, they were here by 1:30pm after giving us a 1p-3p window, and our sink was unclogged and back to normal by 2:00pm. Definitely will use them again if we have a similar issue happen.

I called and the dispatcher shortly had a plumber call me back to set up an appointment. His name was Howard. He asked several questions to determine what the exact problem might be. He came out that afternoon and unclogged the main water pipe. He explained why it occurred and guaranteed it would remain clear for 30 days. The total was $150. I was very happy with his courteousness and service.

My plumbing backed up. I called and they showed up almost immediately. The cost was $150 even. I paid cash. The man who helped was very informative, friendly, and even funny. He used his gigantic router machine to clear the drain, which worked in the first pass. He afterwards did another pass of routing and he also routed towards the street. In other words, he spent a good while doing more work even after the problem was fixed, to assure quality. My weekend was saved.

Receptionist answered quick, i stated my problem, she took down my info and Vincemt the plumber showed up in 1 hr.

He fixxed my leaking toilet tank by replacing the outdated parts. He arrived around 6pm and was finished around 7:10pm.. After 3 plumbers they all quoted the same price, but this guy was able to do it on the spot. Other plumbers did not have the parts on hand.

Quality work, fast response, and honest... I highly recommend.

My mom called another Rooter & Plumbing company to check a problematic drain in the backyard. The other company tried to snake the drain in 2 different locations with different types of Machines. They recommended we start to digging up the line. I spoke to the Tech who did the work and he said he thinks the pipe is broken ~15 feet from the drain, which puts the break under the house. Needless to say, he was recommending a huge job. I called Urgent Rooter for 2nd opinion based on the reviews on Yelp. They showed up on time and were able to clear the drain in ~2 hrs. My mom doesn't have a Yelp Account, but she says they are the best and deserve 5 Stars.

Vincent spent ~3 hours yesterday unclogging a very old pipe that had a lot of rust as a result of no one living in the unit for a long time. The original quoted price before any of us understood how extensive this job was going to be was $125 for completing the job. We almost gave up on the job when after a few hours the metal snake had only traveled 4 feet down (and we felt there was a fork in the sewage pipe that it needed to get past by at least a few more feet) and the clog was still there. Then in the last few minutes, we the water going down the drain. They had solved the problem! We saw how hard they were working and how grimy the pipe was, and ended up paying $200. By the way, BE VERY WARY of the other plumbers who have amassed 5-star ratings over hundreds of customers. They are typically giving discounts in order to ""buy"" 5-star ratings consistently. Vincent and his crew didn't do anything of the sort. They clearly earned their keep.

Ten years ago, I had Urgent Rooter come out and change my water heater, they did an exceptional job. Work and water heater was guaranteed. Had them come out last year because my garbage disposal was leaking, unit was replaced. My water heater was having problems and I called them to replace it. As usual the work was excellent. They are very clean and tidy. My water heater is in my family room (converted garage) and not a drop of water was leaked on the floor! I had taken a day off to receive delivery of a refrigerator and they were accommodating to come the same day.

I had a recurring backup in the sewer line leading out to the street and Howard of Urgent Rooter & Plumbing was able to come out within 2 hours to troubleshoot. He offered a fair rate to snake the pipe and was able to readily do so and was done within an hour and got my drains cleared with plenty of time for my Giants World Series BBQ Party! Thank you Howard for getting my back up and draining!

Before I called Vincent Urgent Plumbing, I researched plumbers on yelp and called Fast Response in West portal because they are close to me and got good reviews, I also just have an affinity to west portal businesses. I left them 3 voicemails on 3 different days, all at different times of the day. I never got a call back from them so I went back to Yelp and called Urgent Plumbing. Vincent answered the phone right away and chopped it up with me on the phone. He said he could come over at 2 pm and asked if if like him to call me if he became available sooner, which was nice. He showed up at the scheduled time and offered to take his shoes off upon entering my apartment, also very nice.
Vincent quoted me $125 and that's what he charged. He assessed the problem, went and got his tools and got to work. As others have mentioned, I think he even cleaned my tub afterwards. I had cleaned it before he came so it's hard to tell but he had cleaning products in there with him.
I'll never have to look any further for a great plumber. Vincent at Urgent Rooter is highly recommended.

We were told that we needed someone who could do rooting work, that is, plumbing under the surface. We called and were given an appointment time. Howard was running late, but called to let us know that. He showed up pretty much when he said he would. He comes off as serious and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us an estimate and completed the work. Yay! He was also good at helping us figure out our ancient plumbing system and gave us some pointers for the future. He seems to really enjoy his job and knows a lot. He also comes across as fair. What else can a homeowner ask for? I hope we don't have to call him again, but if we need plumbing or rooting work, he is our man! I would suggest him to my friends, too.
