Vincent Lee from Urgent Rooter is awesome. He came to look at a very clogged tub and broken toliet. He took one look and said he would both fixed in an hour. Sure enough in under an hour both were working perfectly. And the price was right. Would use him again in a heart beat.

Really satisfied with their service. The guy was friendly, funny, and came on short notice--on a Saturday, of all days. He got there when he said he would, called 45 minutes before arriving to let us know he was coming, and worked until the job was done. Turns out we needed our pipes snaked and our 100-year old under-sink pipes replaced. We're pretty handy but after realizing we couldn't handle this ourselves--Urgent Rooter & Plumbing came to the rescue!

I highly recommend Urgent Rooter & Plumbing. My bathroom pipes made a loud terrible noise when the water was turned on and a contractor friend couldn't figure out the problem. Albert, the manager at Urgent Rooter, came to my house, and figured out what was the matter right away. His crew did a lot of work: the problem was fixed and the price was reasonable. They were on time and took exactly as long as Albert estimated, and Albert himself is a very nice guy and easy to work with. I would definitely use them again.

I concur with the other outstanding reviews. Had a leaky toilet, called and scheduled an appointment. The guy was on time, professional, efficient. Diagnosed the problem, gave me the estimate (seemed reasonable, didn't get other bids), and fixed the problem. All within about 30 minutes. Gave some helpful advice, but wasn't excessively chatty or overly familiar, which I dislike. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

These guys are GREAT!!! and Friendly too. I got a new gas range and called them due to the high Yelp ratings. Thanks to all the Yelpers for your input. Called them and Albert came over to provide an estitmate. He came over after normal hours and took a look and provided a quote. Called him back after we ordered the range and he remembered us. We coordinated and set the date when the new appliance was to be delivered. He let us know that he wanted to help get us up and running that day (day before the 3-day weekend). He called me early in the AM and told me what he wanted to do (come by and take measurements, then return when the range is delivered to help us install it) The range came, then he and his crew shows, they worked to make it the best fit possible. All went well, before Albert left one of his guys to finish, we chatted and became fast friends. The worker finished, showed us the work and that it was not leaking gas, told us the water heater is re-lit, tested the gas range and helped put it in place. The guy worked hard (past 7pm!) Next day, I received a call from Albert, checking in on how everything is going with the range, if we smell gas, etc...and to remind us of the warranty and if anything is wrong, that we should call him and he'll be over to fix it. WOW!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE A+++++!!!!!! Albert knows how to do the work and to serve his customers! Call him and you'll be happy! Thanks Yelpers and Thanks Urgent Rooter!

Thank you Yelp! Howard was available today (Sunday!) to help us with a backed up sewage line. We had raw sewage in our garage - yuck. My neighbor has 3 house guests this weekend so it was the worst time for this to happen. Howard was here in 10 minutes (!), snaked out 40ft (!) and we now have a clean pipe and a clean garage. Thanks Howard!
