Shower decides to clog up on me...called Urgent Rooter...they came in 1 hour...charged $135 to unclog the shower...and Vincent Lee was very friendly...

Highly recommend! Made my holidays much less stressful...now just have to figure out what to feed everyone!

Great. Punctual. Professional. Clean. On a Sunday. Saved us from drains backing up in kitchen and bath right before Thanksgiving. Stuck to reasonable estimate, though had to replace the old trap that broke in the process of the dis/connecting and snaking. Maybe I got taken for an extra few bucks there, but he told me I could fix it myself if I wanted and I just had him do it while he was there. Weeks later all seems good. I'll post a retraction if there's a problem, so for now I recommend this company highly.

I called these guys to come and unclog my tub drain, they came the same day, and got the job done within an hour. Quick, easy, and relatively inexpensive for the job - about $100. There were some issues with my plumbing, but they worked around it and were professional. Would definitely use again.

Garbage disposal barfed and clogged my pipes. Urgent Rooter was available almost immediately and spent time clearing the blockage, as well as putting everything back together cleanly. Excellent, friendly service, definitely would call them again. Price is slightly below average at $150 to clear the my clog.

so my cousin and i were visiting my sister in her BRAND NEW apartment in SF and what do you know, the toilet backs up. after scouring yelp and calling up a bunch of places, urgent rooter agreed to send someone first thing in the morning and lo and behold, they sent vincent lee. vincent was fantastic! he stayed with us for almost 5 hours and pointed out to us that the building company installed her pipes incorrectly, he cleared the back up but gave advice to have the building company fix it immediately because the issue will continue to happen. all for the low low cost of $380. i completely recommend this company for all of your future plumbing needs. they gave thorough, fantastic work for a great bargain. you can't ask for anything more!

Called these guys in for a leaky kitchen sink and clogged bath tub. They did a good job fixing the kitchen sink which does not leak any more (2 weeks later) and the bath tub is running a little better although the wife isn't 100% satisfied ;) . They quoted me a good fair price for the repairs. I would definitely call them again if I have any plumbing needs.

Terrible! I asked him to help me with my cold water in my shower and he broke the hot water and the sink, plus the handle to my shower. The he said he would call his boss because they had to go into the wall to tear out the pipes?!! Crazy guy.

I had a real plumber come out and fix the problem the next day. It did not include tearing out the pipe and was a lot more cost effective. (Hint: try Heise's Plumbing-- they are much better ; )

Hooray for Urgent Rooter and Hooray for Yelp! I came home last night to a clogged main sewage pipe in the garage. After two and a half hours trying to snake the drain ourselves (so disgusting) with no fix, I logged onto Yelp and tried to find a ""Rooter Man"".

Luckily I stumbled on Urgent Rooter! This company deserves the 5 Star, Super Rating! I called this morning at 7:30AM and Albert promptly provided an appointment at 11AM. He arrived on time with Wen, our Service Technician. He surveyed the area, provided us with his diagnosis, and recommended we snake the drain and flush the pipe.

GULP. I was expecting to pay $500, but to my pleasant surprise it was only $280! PHEW!!! He also gave me a 90 day warranty too! After signing some papers, Wen started working on the clog (from the outside into the house) and spent over an hour and a half clearing out the pipe. He did a super job and took a lot of care into what he was doing.

Even after he cleared the clog, he still ran the snake for 25+ minutes with the water running to clear anything out. Then he spent a good amount of time flushing out the pipe too! The icing on the cake was when he actually cleaned up the area around the sewage pipe opening before putting the cover back on.

It just showed how much attention and care he put into clearing our clogged drain. I mean it's a yucky job, but he was so dedicated! I feel so lucky to have found this Rooter Service!

Great customer service and dedication! Super nice people! Reasonable Prices! Top notch Rootering services! If you are having sewage problem, I recommend you contact Urgent Rooter.

I almost didn't write this review for fear that they'll get too busy for my needs! Alas, I must give props to my new favorite plumber.

Took the job on short notice (less than an hour), arrived EXACTLY on time, charged me *very* little, and did the job right then and there.

I was stunned.

He asked me how I heard of him and I told him ""yelp"". He doesn't have a computer, so after the job was done I sat him down and showed him ""yelp"". He was very happy.
