Albert and his crew do amazing things! They are fast, responsive, and get the job done right. They have always been available the same day and they go out of their way to take my emergency calls. I work for a property management company and i have tenants report back to me all the time about what a great job these guys do. I really appreciate all the follow up phone calls and Albert always reports back to me if there are more issues at hand. I can always trust Alberts judgement! I don't know what i would do without them! These guys are really a great company to work with and are anyways honest in their work.

We had a potential drainage issue in our back yard and contacted Urgent to come assess what could be done and potentially clear any drains that needed it. As it turns out the issue wasn't one that could be addressed by their service, but they offered to refer us to a service that could do sump-pump installation.

That said, they were very responsive, honest and did not charge for not one, but two visits. They were even very respectful of our napping baby upstairs. Great guys and a great asset to the community, I highly recommend calling them up if you need any plumbing matter looked into.

Found these guys on Yelp after three days of a non-functioning kitchen sink. Not only did they answer the phone on the second ring, give me an really reasonable quote over the phone and show up half an hour earlier then they said they would but they snaked our line to 40 ft and removed two blockages! With 30 day warranty. Of course, we also had to endure a lecture on not using drano or the garbage disposal but we totally deserved it given the state of the drains.

Fabulous company! My call was returned within hours and someone came out on a Saturday for no extra charge. Vincent Lee was really fast and knowledgeable. Even though he came for a slow drain, he did me a favor and checked my disposal. I thought I had to change it but he told me that it was running fine. Save me hundreds! Would call them again.

Our main pipe backed up and started to flood our garage. We usually use Cabrillo, but they could not give us an appointment time until late the next day. Urgent Rooter & Plumbing came by in the evening and handled the issue promptly and professionally. Their pricing is nearly half of what we usually pay and the service is on par. I'm definitely calling Urgent R & P the next time we have an issue.

We called Urgent Rooter because our bathroom sink backed up. Tried Drano to no avail. We called at 10 am and Howard Lee showed up by 11.30am. Super fast response. He was very efficient and straightforward, snaked the drain, works great now. Reasonable price. We thought it might be good to snake our other drain just to be sure, which would have had an extra fee, but he advised us against it saying it wasn't necessary, so I feel like he was honest and not trying to drum up more work for himself. Definitely we will call them in the future (though I hope we won't need to!)

I had this nasty clog that started with my kitchen sink and after a couple of bottles of Draino, the clog somehow transferred to my other kitchen sink. That was a surprise! I right about had it after a couple of days of back and forth, so I looked up a good company here on Yelp.. Urgent was number one, so that was good enough for me, and Albert arrived 30 minutes after I hung up the phone with them, which was FANTASTIC!

What wasn't fantastic:

1) He charged me $50 more for clearing the second sink, which was more than originally quoted to me over the phone because according to him, the clog was so severe.

2) After working on the sinks, he said that everything was completely clear. He made a huge deal over this fact - giving me a laundry list of examples of what he did even.

I was happy at this point, until the next morning.

3) First thing in the morning, I woke up to my wife screaming, because she was startled to find black goop all over our kitchen sink. It was disgusting! It SMELLED too!!!!!

I called Urgent, and there was no answer. I left a message, and after a couple of hours, finally got a call back from Urgent. This was about 10:30am already, even though they supposedly open at 9:00 A.M. I was told that Albert wasn't available that morning, but they'll call me back sometime in the afternoon to see if he can stop by my house later.

At around 4:30 P.M., I called Urgent again to find out where Albert was. I was told that Albert is on another job, and when I asked why they didn't bother to call me earlier to find out why he can't make it, they said that my name wasn't on their call log, and the woman had no idea they were supposed to call me back.

Moreover, she said that if they need to make an appointment, there will be another charge because that is a completely new appointment and had nothing to do with the previous work I had done.

RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!! I've been scammed enough and I have moved on since because this company clearly does not stand behind their work. This is what I get for choosing to go with a company who supposedly offer a free estimate, and then turns around and nickel and dime me for each and every other small thing.

I have no idea how they have such good reviews, which makes me think the reviews could be written by the business itself.

We were quoted $650.00 to replace our toilet by their plumber. When he and another guy showed-up the day of to do the work, he decided to charge almost TWICE the quoted amount. Oh great!

To top it, they then tried to say we needed to replace a drain for $800.00 and stood there waiting for me to say ""Ok, sounds good!"" But, there's nothing wrong with our drain! When I called their office to complain about the price difference, the person over the phone told me they can do nothing about it. They weren't obnoxious about it, just was completely unsympathetic and unwilling to do anything at all.

Well take me to court because I'm only paying the 650. I have written proof, signed by YOUR plumber with the 650 amount I agreed to and not the brand spanking new, bigger and better price. I would never recommend this company!
