Luis was very courteous and respectful,. He called me by my name once while he was at our property, all other times he called me sir. I'm not used to people calling me sir, but I liked it.

It was a small job installing a new faucet that I couldn't get done without it leaking, but he knew what to do. He also managed to get it level, which again was something I couldn't do.

His price was only $5 more than my local plumber who couldn't get to me until the next day. I contacted Luis at 2:12PM here on Yelp and he had arrived, completed the job and was on to his next project by 4:00.

I hope to not NEED to call him again, but if I have the need, I certainly will.

Someone run over a garden hose bib by car and left without fixing it - so we had to shut down the water which means we can't even use bathroom! It was already 5:10pm and I was getting very anxious as I knew most of business was closed but needed someone to come to fix right away. Got quote within 5 mins including the pricing while other company lagged and just telling me ti offer free quote to inspect - I really needed to someone to fix today so I went with them.
Luis was very prompt and even told me that he would hold off to get another job and prioritize my job. They showed up around 7pm and finishes their job within an hour. Everything was very smooth and i can't thank enough for them to come and fix it right away. Other company quote $100 more than what they asked so the price is very reasonable too. Overall my experience was amazing and highly recommended to anyone who needs emergency plumber job

I wanted to move the laundry hookups from my garage to an upstairs closet. All the other plumbers I contacted tried to talk me out of it or told me it would be a huge/expensive job that wouldn't be worth my while, all without even coming out to look at my house.

Luis was the exception - he offered to come out for a free estimate, was very confident, and explained exactly how he would move the plumbing/gas lines. He got to work and finished the job within 3 days, which included demolition of an existing cabinet, patching up the walls, installing a vent to the outdoors, and having an electrician put in a new outlet. His price was very reasonable, and at the end of the job provided me with a detailed invoice describing everything he did along with a 3 year warranty on his work. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and talented. Don't let his youthful appearance fool you - he is the best! 6 months later, I am enjoying my indoor laundry with zero problems!

Had some old solar collectors on the roof that started to leak and needed them disconnected from the water heater. It was an odd job since solar collectors aren't very common and I didn't know who to call but I'm so glad I found Luis. He was quick and reliable and was able to bypass the collectors and reconnect the heater to the main water lines. Looks so much better now and now that it was disconnect I could finally get rid of the solar panels. I'll be sure to call him for our future plumbing needs.
