I had to install a new washer but the hot watervalve was broken. They were the first one to respond when I requested a quote on Yelp. They came the same day, unfortunately couldn't do it on the same day because of the valve type, but they were able to come the next day and got it fixed. They were professional, informative and very reasonably priced. I plan to ask them for any plumbing work I may need in the future.

Had a leak somewhere in my main gas line from the front of the house to the meter by the curb. Luis was quick to respond and very communicative. He explained the whole process very well and was the only one who was willing to check the line piece by piece instead of just wanting to replace the whole line. He is very professional and polite. His work ethic was very good and detailed. After he replaced the main line, he tested the system and another minor leak under the house which he fixed without changing the original estimate. Luis was very professional , and came last minute on a Friday to fix one of my 3 compartment sinks. I am a small business owner, and having a sink down would've been a huge inconvenience for my restaurant. Instead of just charging me for a quick fix, he insisted on fixing the problem then and there so I wouldn't have to pay more next time. Very few would have gotta the job done so quickly with little notice without up charging significantly. I would definitely recommend him, and I will be using his services in the future. Thanks Luis!

Scheduled for 1:pm and he arrived at 12:30 pm. Found problem and bought replacement pipe and fittings. Installed everything and called a ceiling repair/painter and scheduled for tomorrow. Told me he didn't do paint and his painter friend didn't do plumbing. Would call him again as my first choice of plumbers. He was done and went out the gate at 3:00pm.

Put out a Quote Request through Yelp and Luis was the first to respond with a very reasonable price. Needed help connecting new vanity sink drain to existing cast iron waste drain stub-out. There are many things I can do, but plumbing is not one of them! Spent about 45 minutes looking at Home Depot and couldn't figure out an easy solution.

Luis showed up on-time (within 9-10AM window) and knew what he needed to get to do the job properly. He gave off a very polite and humble demeanor, and finished the plumbing task in about an hour - he needed to run to the local hardware store to get specialty reducer.

Overall, I am glad our paths crossed and would be more than happy to hire Urgent LA Plumbing again - if future plumbing needs arise.
