Luis came out to my residence and did a poor job. He responded to me on Yelp and said he could come out that evening to perform a leak detection test . He quoted me a price of $250. When he got to my house he took out his leak detection stethoscope and assured me that the toilet was the culprit, so he cut open two of my walls and removed my toilet. After he cut the pipes to my toilet and sink, he proceeds to tell me he was incorrect and there is a leak in a different pipe So he ends up cutting all three of my pipes and caps only one. Which made my bathroom flood even more !! Ultimately preventing me from having cold water from the whole left side of my house for weeks. So he leaves my bathroom in complete disarray and not to mention, takes my water pipes with him !! He initially said he would charge $250 and tried to get $500 out of me for pipes he accidentally cut !
I asked him to come back and fix what he started and he never got back to me with a time he would come. I feel so taken advantage of! This was a complete nightmare. Beware of who you choose to do work on your house.

I was initially hesitant since his number of reviews was low. To be honest, he deserves a five-star. He was on time professional and honest, and he did an absolute clean, amazing job. He checked for our gas pipeline and fixed the leaks, and then he found a couple of problems with our sewage and fixed them. He was on time, open about the next steps, and what he expected to finish them. They cleaned before leaving and left the place after cleaning everything. They cleaned the main sewage and fixed our main water shut-off valve as well.

Luis and his team went above and beyond to fix an urgent issue - a gas leak in my house. They took the job, resourced the correct equipment, fixed the leak in under 2 hours. True professionals, I would definitely use them again!

I received a notice from my tenant that one of the bathroom tubs was backing up and not draining. I called my usual plumbing vendor but the earliest they could get someone out was the next day. I filled out a quote request on Yelp and Luis was one of the first to respond and had availability that same evening.

He was prompt in his communication and reasonable in his quote. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. I will be reaching out next time I need work done at my unit.

I have had such a hard time finding a reliable plumber that is responsive or even shows up, let alone on time. Luis was terrific! He answered my inquiry within minutes he gave me a 2 hour window of time, then even provided me with an even closer ETA. Most plumbers I've come across don't do that. He fixed my leaky pipe under my house in less than an hour. Best of all, he was very courteous and honest and I would definitely hire him again.

He was also able to schedule me in quickly. Communication was easy and I appreciated his text updates before he arrived. He brought all the tools he needed and got the faucet installed quickly.
