Crooked the owner himself cussed at me and would not provide a second invoice for the work they did not complete. He is a fraud and he has his own people hanging up on me. CROOKS! If there was a ZERO or NEGATIVE stars on here, they would get it. We had one of their plumbers come out to install a new water heater in Nov. 2019. The water heater already went out on us and we have left SEVERAL messages for them with no return call. Turns out we paid for a NEW water heater (2019) and they installed a 2017 model that went out in just 18 months. Fyi... not sure why Yelp has me listed in San Diego. We are in Dallas, TX.

very disappointed. They came after the storm Uri to fix busted pipes. 2/19/2021. The first day they come in and charged $1477.87 in full. Next day they came in and fixed the busted pipes but while fixing it they give damage to ceiling. Plumbers told they will come next day but never showed up to repair dishwasher or bathroom. They don't know how to fix. What they will tell you is to replace it. He also told us to replace faucet in the kitchen, it was clogged. I told him the faucet is brand new. So I called the company where I bought the faucet they told me to unscrew the head and wash and it will be alright. We did and water in kitchen was running. We called this guy SUNNY he said he would come the next day but never did. I have researched on this company they also go by name 24 HOUR SERVICE 1-800-568-7730. They look like they are not legit BE AWARE. Ask for license. I called back for customer service they were rude and hung up on me. Hard learned lessons 1) research on company 2) ask for license 3) never pay until they are done or only partial pay. Never do any business with these company.

Today I had one of their trucks riding 2 inches from my back bumper. I was on 1488 in the right hand lane. I was already going 5 miles over the speed limit. I don't know how their service is but I don't appreciate their driving.

They are crooks plain and simple!
I called them to repair my water heater. They told me that it had to be repaired and put in the wrong type of water heater, natural gas instead of LPG). They left a lot of junk in my attic.
I tried to talk to them but no answer! finally the owner answered and would not speak to me. I tried to go to their listed address which turned out to be a vacant lot.
I had to pay another plumber to take their water heater away an put a correct one in.

Nov. 2017-Water main pipe busted under our driveway, and was a typical plumbing emergency (no water service to entire property). Ended up going with this company as they were the only ones who could start work that same day (now I know why)...When they arrived, they didn't have the proper equipment to tunnel underneath the driveway and spent hours trying to bang a PVC pipe all the way through the other side. I insisted that they go out, and rent a gas powered snake/drill which they ultimately did on the 2nd day! Ultimately took these guys 2 full days to get the work done and then put 3 bends in the pipe (2-45*, and 1-90*) in less than 5' which is poor craftsmanship. I wanted to ensure they would stand behind their work, and the tech offered a 2-year warranty (in writing) on the contract. Fast forward 21 months to Aug. 2019, same pipe now springs a huge leak again! I call the office at 11pm to leave a message and get the office manager who tells me they are closed but to call back at 6am to set something up. I then proceed to call their office 56 times between 6am-8:30am, leave multiple messages and SMS text requests to no avail. Not able to wait, I contract another plumbing firm to handle this. (FYI, that company showed up 90 minutes later, and did a fantastic job. Had the pipe repaired and water flowing in less than 4 hours). I finally get a hold of the office manager and ask him why he hadn't returned my many messages..to which he responds, "never got them." I then fill him in on what just happened and reminded him this job was under their warranty which I was unable to execute since they wouldn't pick up their phone. He goes on to state that because I had another company fix the pipe, its no longer his problem. To which I responded I only chose another company since his was MIA for 2.5 hours. He dug in, and maintained that he would not be standing behind their shoddy work, and that he would ask upper management to get back with me...Which they never did. (**BTW, I have photos of the 3 bends in the pipe to show the shoddy work, the phone records supporting the 56 calls made to their office, as well as the written contract including the 2-year warranty which they wouldn't stand behind**).
Bottom line, this company is total garbage. Wouldn't hire them if they were the only plumbing firm left on Earth. I'd duct tape the pipe myself before giving them a thin dime. Consider yourself properly warned.

Do not, I repeat, Do Not use this company for any services. Had a plumber show up to unclog a drain, brought a BROKEN machine, that did not clear the problem, and still charged me full price($525). Until i called them repeatedly to get a discount for there plumber using a broken machine to clear the clog. And the they would only give me $125 discount.

Lesson learned the hard way.

Disappointed with the way he left something at my house. Said he understood and would come back and fix that, not a big thing but would take a few minutes. He never came back and then wouldn't answer my calls.

On 8/28/2018 I called them thinking they were plumbers...to unclog my kitchen sink. They charged me $195.00. I thought they had unclogged it but a week later the sink would not drain. I called them again and he said he would have to charge me if I called in the future. Of course this caused me great concern because according to their service receipt their work is guaranteed. The so called plumber suggested a few additional remedies that ranged in additional charges from $300 to $10,000. At that time I became suspicious and requested that he show me his plumbing license and operation permits. He had none. I told him that I wanted my money back because I needed to hire a licensed plumber to look at the recurring kitchen drain stoppage problem...He told me to call the main number which I did but never spoke to anyone in charge. Supposedly they were in a meeting and would call me afterwards. I'm still waiting for the callback. The service they provided did not unclog my kitchen sink. We incurred additional expenses because they recommended a very costly chemical after the first service Call. I am very disappointed because I did not get what I paid for! Do not waste your time or money with this company for unclogging your kitchen drain plumbing problem!

Not impressed. Spoke with the gentleman from this company and he scheduled a time to come visit to give us a quote on doing (quite a few) small jobs at my house. He wasn't friendly on the phone and never bothered showing up. The work (totalling over $1000) went to someone else. His loss. Bad service.
