Rob is all we could have asked for in a plumber. We had a clog in the main line of our house and had plumbers come over the night before, but were not able to fix anything within 3 hours. Rob communicated clearly, was able to fix our issue within an hour, and charged a very reasonable price. We will definitely go back to him for any plumbing related issues!

Rob is awesome. He'll be who I call from now on for plumbing issues. I had a major clog in my kitchen sink and my usual plumber, who I have a service contract with, couldn't clear it. They tried from the kitchen down, as well as from the basement up, with no success. That plumber charged me $1000 for the time, labor and replacing the trap under my sink...and left me with a clogged, unusable kitchen sink. I called Rob. He came by the next day. Cleared the clog in 15 minutes for a very reasonable cost and ensured everything was functioning correctly. Rob is also a super nice guy, very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I highly recommend Urgent Drain.

I called in Sunday night circa 9pm as my sewage was backed up. I explained the situation to Rob (the owner) over the phone, and he came in first thing the next morning. Had a situation on my bathroom that when the toilet flushed, the shower would flood up with water. I messaged Urgent Drain through Yelp and was quoted $400 flat fee to resolve the matter. The scheduling was prompt and easy. Robert texted 30 minutes before he would arrive.

They looked at the situation and said snaking the drain would resolve the matter. They removed the toilet and began to snake the drain. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. A+ for that

The fee came out to a bit more than what I was quoted. $400 for the pipe cleaning, $150 to remove the toilet and put it back on, and $20 for a credit card processing fee. Luckily, I had a discount through yelp but I would have liked to have been notified of the additional fees beforehand, so that was my only gripe.

Hard to find a reliable plumber you can trust. Hired Urgent Drain AFTER another well known company came in to fix the problem. I wasn't convinced that we had the complete picture so we hired Robert to come in and diagnose the problem. We chose him based in the reviews and we were not disappointed. He identified the problem, showed us exactly where it was using a camera and clearly explained the severity and options for resolving. He won our confidence and we highly recommend him. We will keep Robert and his son as our regular maintenance guys going forward.
