Robert was great. He responded to my call immediately and scheduled an appt for next day to clear my kitchen clog. Price was very reasonable. When he arrived, he explained everything he was going to do. He even updated some old parts and provided some recommendations on how to clean the drain periodically. He's my new go to plumber. Response to my message via Yelp was no more than 15 minutes and was answered by the actual drain specialist/company owner. He gave me a quote to open a cometely clogged sink drain and we set up a same day time slot. It wound up that he finished a previous job earlier than expected and offered to come earlier. Of course I took the offer.

Upon meeting Rob G in person, he was very cordial, clean, professional and took care of my clogged sink drain in less than 30 minutes. He made sure the drain was clear and fully operational and offered to call him back as a guarantee should there be any issue afterwards. Price was as quoted - NO bait and switch.

I found Rob G to be very respectful, honest, and cares about his business/profession/work. Absolutely AMAZING plumber!! I called late at night last night with a plumbing emergency. I have been experiencing flooding in my basement for several days. Robert was so kind; he patiently listened to my concerns and explained his recommendations. I was impressed that he could fit me in for the next day in the morning. He discovered that there was something stuck in my pipes, causing a blockage. I had planned to get the trap replaced, but he informed me that I no longer needed to after he removed the blockage. I have had at least 3 plumbers come by in the last few months, and none of them discovered the blockage. They all said I have an old system and need to get it replaced. Robert saved me a lot of money, work, and stress. I am so incredibly grateful! I would highly recommend Urgent Drain for any plumbing needs. They are affordable, kind, and knowledgeable. Let me get right to it: Early this morning we discovered we evidently had a clogged sewer, and we needed good help right away. A quick yelp search revealed a couple of promising candidates, and Urgent Drain was at the top. We called and left a message, and within minutes Rob called back. He said he'd be here at noon, and showed up 10 minutes early. We explained the situation, he gave us our options, and we selected Hydro Jetting. The process was quick and effective.

Called them after having snakes my pipes twice to no avail - basement toilet kept overflowing and water not reaching sewer - several plumbing companies were offering major jobs costing several thousands. I called urgent drain, they came, and worked on it immediately - they fixed it for a great price - no tearing up the floor or re doing pipes or unnecessary expenses .... That was 2 weeks ago and basement is dry and all is good!!!

Mekel came out to fix a clogged sink. We actually had another drain company come and they charged $300 to try and unblock our drain and they failed and recommended opening up walls to replace pipes. I called Urgent Drain for a second opinion and they were able to come out and fix the problem in about 30 minutes and make recommendations on how to avoid issues in the future. Urgent Drain is my go-to company for a clogged drain now!

These guys are top notch professionals. 45 minutes early to the job, courteous and knowledgeable. Two guys zeroed in on a purple cup the kid flushed down the toilet, causing pipes to back up throughout the house, and did it all in under an hour. Work is also guaranteed.

Robert and his team came to fix my bathroom drain and kitchen sink drain. I have been having the problem for a few days now and the first person that I contacted never came even though he set up several times to come in and we waited for 3days! (He had good reviews too in yelp so I waited) But I couldn't wait anymore so looked for other plumbers and I found Robert. I contacted him and he responded within minutes! Called him early in the afternoon today and they got the job done on the same day! Their work is very neat, they are professional and made sure that the problem was resolved.
