Urgent came out to clear my kitchen drain.
2 techs were sent out to me they weren't able to get the blockage but they tried hard. They returned the next morning and were able to clear the drain with a different snake. There was no increase over the original estimate which was nice! The price for the job was very fair. The techs were nice guys. I would use again and I would recommend to others.

I would recommend Urgent Drain over and over again. They were able to squeeze an appoint in for me at a convenient time same day. The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. They explained all issues in a way for me to understand and gave me several service options. They worked quite hard to rectify the issue and my main line is flowing beautifully. Great experience! I had a clogged drain and left a message for the company. Robert called back promptly and was extremely responsive during the entire process. He showed up on time and did the needful in 15 mins or so. He left the place clean and the charges were extremely reasonable. Definitely calling him again the next time!

I called and spoke with Robert the owner, around 5 pm he said he'd be at my house within an hour and he was. He had to come and fix something that another company didn't do properly the first time I had the clog. He was extremely nice and professional, he had to snake my sewer line and did it fast and right. I highly recommend Robert and Urgent Drain.

Response to my message via Yelp was no more than 15 minutes and was answered by the actual drain specialist/company owner. He gave me a quote to open a cometely clogged sink drain and we set up a same day time slot. It wound up that he finished a previous job earlier than expected and offered to come earlier. Of course I took the offer.

Upon meeting Rob G in person, he was very cordial, clean, professional and took care of my clogged sink drain in less than 30 minutes. He made sure the drain was clear and fully operational and offered to call him back as a guarantee should there be any issue afterwards. Price was as quoted - NO bait and switch.

I found Rob G to be very respectful, honest, and cares about his business/profession/work. You will see this from interacting with him but the proof is in his truck with how meticulously organized and clean it was. Absolutely AMAZING plumber!! I called late at night last night with a plumbing emergency. I have been experiencing flooding in my basement for several days. Robert was so kind; he patiently listened to my concerns and explained his recommendations. I was impressed that he could fit me in for the next day in the morning. He discovered that there was something stuck in my pipes, causing a blockage. I had planned to get the trap replaced, but he informed me that I no longer needed to after he removed the blockage. I have had at least 3 plumbers come by in the last few months, and none of them discovered the blockage. They all said I have an old system and need to get it replaced. Robert saved me a lot of money, work, and stress. I am so incredibly grateful! I would highly recommend Urgent Drain for any plumbing needs. They are affordable, kind, and knowledgeable.
