Called them after having snakes my pipes twice to no avail - basement toilet kept overflowing and water not reaching sewer - several plumbing companies were offering major jobs costing several thousands. I called urgent drain, they came, and worked on it immediately - they fixed it for a great price - no tearing up the floor or re doing pipes or unnecessary expenses .... That was 2 weeks ago and basement is dry and all is good!!!

Mekel came out to fix a clogged sink. We actually had another drain company come and they charged $300 to try and unblock our drain and they failed and recommended opening up walls to replace pipes. I called Urgent Drain for a second opinion and they were able to come out and fix the problem in about 30 minutes and make recommendations on how to avoid issues in the future. Urgent Drain is my go-to company for a clogged drain now!

These guys are top notch professionals. 45 minutes early to the job, courteous and knowledgeable. Two guys zeroed in on a purple cup the kid flushed down the toilet, causing pipes to back up throughout the house, and did it all in under an hour. Work is also guaranteed.

Robert and his team came to fix my bathroom drain and kitchen sink drain. I have been having the problem for a few days now and the first person that I contacted never came even though he set up several times to come in and we waited for 3days! (He had good reviews too in yelp so I waited) But I couldn't wait anymore so looked for other plumbers and I found Robert. I contacted him and he responded within minutes! Called him early in the afternoon today and they got the job done on the same day! Their work is very neat, they are professional and made sure that the problem was resolved. Urgent Drain performed a jet, a snake and a cam inspection on my sewer main line in about half years time. I know my sewer line has been having problems of back flow and the cam inspection indicated that there is a very bad dip. After the 2nd snake i decided to dig it out and replace majority of the sewer line and I went with them. The jet and snake sessions all happened on the same day I called after the back flow. Excavation and replacement happened within a week of time for permitting. All 3 services were fast, on time, and professionally done. Robert took his time to make sure things are taken care of properly during the jet and snake session. His excavator was also friendly and professional. Very happy with the services so far and definitely my go-to in future (hopefully not needed anymore!)

I called Urgent Drain about a downspout underground drain that got clogged. Robert and his tech arrived on time, were very patient with explaining what they're doing and answering all my questions. They un-clogged the drain, provided a good advice on how to prevent or at least lower the chances for a future clogs and the price, which was very good, was exactly as discussed over the phone.
