Project Mgr Ray T gave us a spot-on, on-site estimate which was below competitive bids from other firms, yet thorough with no short-cuts. Omar led the crew balancing our 60 ft long driveway which had sunk two inches on one side. The crew worked quickly (no down time) and finished in three hours. Omar readily answered all my questions and made sure I understood the process, especially the difference in raising the sunken slabs compared to stabilizing the areas under slabs that had not sunk. My house was flooded during Harvey, eroding soil from under the driveway. There is no way to 100 percent estimated amount of product needed until holes are drilled through the slab. Ray's estimate was slightly above the amount used. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left the worksite better than when they arrived. Very, very pleased with the work and the product.

We are putting our home up for sale and wanted to make absolutely sure that there are no problems with the foundation. Ray Terris came out promptly and was very professional. He put my mind to ease very quickly about a strange concrete pour area and did an inspection. Great news is there are no problems which spoke to me about his honesty, but had there been this is a guy I would have trusted.

Did the job 5 hours late. Busted a pipe underneath. Now we are on the hook for an expensive and invasive plumbing repair!!! Dont waste your money.

They didn't fill all drill holes, left some of their tools at my house, and left boards with nails sticking out in my daughter's room from a hallway closet shelf.

We had a great experience with Uretek! They were very honest with us. Our commercial building had several cracks in the concrete close to the building. They could have told me that we had foundation problems, but they said the problem was all cosmetic. We have a beautiful building and wanted the work done. They did a great job. It looks great again!

We are extremely happy with a job well done. Price was reasonable. We had piers as well as foam insulation done in order to get us back to normal. They were on time. Courteous. BEST OF ALL they cleaned up the yard and beds. I was thinking I would have to get someone back to handle that part BUT DID NOT. Their crew was respectful of our property and it showed. Very rare indeed these days.

Try someone else. After receiving a quote for close to 2k to install 5 concrete pressed piles from Uretek we asked 2 more companies for bids to make sure we were getting the best price. Glad we did. Two other companies explained "cracked corners" and how common they are. It is a cosmetic issue and not a foundation issue. Hate to leave a bad review without having work done but honesty goes a long way!

We were extremely pleased with this company. They were very informative through the entire process, the price was more reasonable than the other companies we talked to, every member of both the interior and exterior crews as well as the representative were polite and professional. They were very conscious to leave everything as it was before the job was started. We were so relieved that the interior lifting only involved drilling small penny sized holes and are going to be able to save most of our tile. They even drilled in the grout line corners to save tiles. There was no mess inside or out when the job was completed. And, there doesn't appear to be any more sheet rock cracking than was already there. All doors now work and there are no gaps! The interior work took approximately half a day and created no dust. Our job required a lot of concrete break out on the wrap around porches. The patch job was done very neatly as well as the break out. The crews arrived on time every day and worked very diligently even in the extreme heat. The interior work is very precise. We would highly recommend both Uretek and their method. Can't imagine having conventional piers put throughout the interior of our home. This was so much better. It took us a year to decide on a company and we are very happy with our decision.

Our house was having some serious foundation problems this year and our local foundation repair company (National Foundation in Beaumont) recommended that we use Uretek to take care of the internal work. This was a great option, considering the only other option meant that my husband and I would be required to move out of our house (stuff & all for liability reasons) while a 20 ft hole was drilled into our floors.

The crew of 3 guys that came out to my house were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I really expected this to be a long day of people coming in and out of my house, but they were done in about an hour and a half (I live in a 3 bedroom house). They would warn me when things were about to be loud, but it never was that bad. They also took off their shoes before coming into the house without me having to ask.

The only downside to this whole process is that I now have to stain several penny-sized yellow dots where they drilled into my laminate wood floors. After they pump the hardening solution into your floors, they make a plug and obviously this won't match your existing floors. If you're lucky, they only have to drill under carpet. This is something that was fully disclosed to us before we even signed a contract, so we knew this was going to happen. They give you suggestions on how to match the stain later. The guy that spoke to me suggested taking a picture on my phone and then bringing it with me to show to employees at either Home Depot or Lowe's. So far we've stained one circle that's mostly out of sight and it stained pretty well, but we will be making another trip to the store to get a darker stain to match my floors better. They say when it's stained right, most people won't even notice the circles.

I felt like this company did a great job on my house, they were very fair about pricing and the guys that came out to my house were friendly and professional. I also appreciated the fact that they take credit cards!
