After a frustrating experience with a large plumbing company, working with Urban's Plumbing was a welcome change. I called Chris in the morning asking about same day availability. Although he wasn't certain at that point, he was great about calling me back by early afternoon to let me know he would be available to stop by within the hour, and he actually did. I did not have to deal with an hours long arrival window - he was there when he said he would be! He did a thorough job, went through the process of inspecting the area then re-inspecting it with me while he explained so I could understand his conclusions. Fortunately I did not have a major problem, and Chris was honest enough to let me know that. I was very pleasantly surprised at the overall experience - Urban's cost, professionalism, reliabilty, and courtesy have won my customer loyalty.

Chris was more than accommodating as he made room in his schedule to fit us in - and replace a leaking water heater. We were highly satisfied with his work, his willingness to explain the functionality of the water heater but also our water softener, and he was very price competitive with our vendors we called.

Another good service call. I have a hell of a time with my tub drain--clogged in all sorts of place. Chris got a deep clog out, one that I never have found myself but that's a plumber for you. I think I've got the problem licked bc Chris explained the what and wherefores to me. I like knowing what's going on behind the wall. Cool.

Chris Urban was able to come to my home the same day I called, and got the drain flowing better than it has since I've lived here. I thought the price was very reasonable, too.

Called Chris a month ago with a frozen kitchen sink. He came out to the house right away and tried several different ideas to fix the problem. Great guy and great price. Recommended several different options and even called several times to find out the status of the drain. It did eventually go down with his suggestions. Will use him again and highly recommend him. Since the weather is still very cold, Chris called recently to make sure everything is ok.
