OKAY: This company Urban Worx deserves an X out. My home warranty company referred them to me to check out acleak order my sink. It was determined to meet a new faucet and the water lines that go with it. I originally paid a Service Charge of $85. They sent the service order to my company for the amount of$442.50. My warranty company said they would only approve the amount of $179. $109 labor $70 for. the faucet. Urban wanted to charge me $198.50 to replace the water lines.Parts and labor. GET THIS: I went to Lowes and bought water lines for $16.00.Again they wanted $198.50 to do that in addition to the $179. Plus the $85 Service charge. That comes out to approximately $500. To change a kitchen faucet. I think Urban Worx needs to stop overcharging we senior citizens. I am asking my friends and neighbors to be careful if they are thinking about using Urban Worx for a home project. Buyer Beware...

What went well??? EVERYTHING!!!
Our air conditioner went out, our home warranty called Urban Worx. They assessed the problem, gave us a "" very & fair good "" estimate "", came out as we agreed and installed the new units, they were professional, clean, quick . We had a well known company install another unit 2 years ago and it was a nightmare.
I highly recommend URBAN WORX for all projects and replacing your units. It's a family owned business, ask for John or James... Again 5* starts

Urban Worx was selected as the Air Conditioning contractor by our Home Warranty Company. We were extremely pleased with the excellent service and product provided. The staff and management at Urban Worx was extremely responsive, kind, and respectful with all of our questions and requests. My contact John returned all of my calls promptly and provided me clear and detailed information.

The air conditioning was not working in our rental property in Palm Springs during an extreme heat wave and record high temperatures. The technician immediately identified that a new AC condenser was required and a full report was submitted to our home warranty company in less than 24 hours. The Urban Worx team truly went above and beyond in working with us and our elderly tenant. They delivered and installed a temporary air conditioner until the new system arrived and installed the new Air Conditioning on the July 4th holiday, as a courtesy to us and our tenant.

Our tenant continues to rave about the level of service and how well the new system is working. I highly recommend this company and their staff for any of your contractor needs.

Urban Worx was the company our home warranty used. We were very please when they were able to come out the same day they received the work order since it was for one of our AC's on a day that was 108. Alex texted to say he was on his way during the appointment time window. He evaluated the problem quickly and although didn't have the part with him went to get it and was back within 30 minutes. He repaired the problem, tested the work and once it was working properly his job was completed. He was professional, courteous and seemed to know his job very well. Very happy with their work

I would not want Thaniel anywhere near my residence again. Disrespectful and arrogant. I have never been treated like this by a service provider in my entire life.

My AC service by Alex was so thorough and timely. He can ready to work and seriously on time after troubleshooting he left to get a part and shortly after I had air again. He was very respectful of my property as well. I would call them again for sure.

Called on a Monday and they came Tuesday to install a brand new water heater since mine stopped working the previous week. They came prepared and were very cool. The quote he gave me over the phone was the same when it was time to pay. He made sure I knew how to turn on and off before he left. They care about their work and their customers. I highly recommend them and will be using them from now on!

I ran into trouble with my hot water heater and needed a replacement asap! I contacted James at Urban Worx. He was so helpful and kind. He gave me a quote over the phone and made arrangement to replace the very next day!
They were on time , helpful and finished everything same day. Very reasonably priced and they know what they are doing. My water heater is so quiet now. very happy with this company ! I definately recommend them! And will use them regularly for any other problems that occur.
