Yelp is misleading and distorting facts about my local business account.

Yelp has decided to remove the content I posted concerning their inaccurate information. Additionally, they have numerous complaints with the BBB for what many consider to be unethical practices. By checking the BBB website for Yelp, you will see a warning stating, ""There is an alert for this business!"" It also mentions, ""1725 complaints closed with BBB in the last 3 years Some complaints include business owners alleging that there are inaccurate or false reviews on their Yelp page and that Yelp will not take them down.

Yelp is unwilling to delete my business account. They do not display ALL of my reviews and they will not eliminate the false review that was posted. Yet, they altered my business information to exclude THIS detail.

Yelp indicates that my business has only ONE review. This is not accurate. In reality, I have 11 reviews, with 10 being 5-star ratings. Yelp has opted to highlight only the ONE negative review, which is incorrect and untrue.
