Yelp is untruthful and misrepresenting details on my small business profile.

Yelp has chosen to eliminate the information I shared about their deceptive practices. Moreover, they have a significant number of BBB complaints for what is perceived as dishonest tactics. If you look up Yelp on the BBB website, you will encounter a message that says, ""There is an alert for this business!"" 531 closed in the last 12 months"" and ""Complaints involve business owners worried that their positive reviews are being filtered while negative reviews remain, possibly giving consumers a distorted view of their business. Some complaints also involve business owners claiming that there are false or misleading reviews on their Yelp profile and that Yelp refuses to remove them.

Yelp refuses to remove my business listing. They fail to show ALL of my reviews and will not remove the inaccurate review that was submitted. Still, they changed my business information to remove THIS fact.

Yelp shows my company as having just ONE review. This is false. I truly have 11 reviews, 10 of which are rated 5 stars. Yelp has decided to show just the ONE negative review, which is misleading and false.
