Yelp is untruthful and misrepresenting details on my small business profile.

Yelp has taken it upon themselves to erase the details I provided regarding their misleading information. Furthermore, they have received many complaints with the BBB for allegedly engaging in questionable practices. By checking the BBB website for Yelp, you will see a warning stating, ""There is an alert for this business!"" It also indicates, ""1725 complaints addressed by BBB in the last three years Some complaints include business owners alleging that there are inaccurate or false reviews on their Yelp page and that Yelp will not take them down.

Yelp is unwilling to delete my business account. They do not display ALL of my reviews and they will not eliminate the false review that was posted. Yet, they altered my business information to exclude THIS detail.

Yelp shows my company as having just ONE review. That is incorrect. In reality, I have 11 reviews, with 10 being 5-star ratings. Yelp has opted to highlight only the ONE negative review, which is incorrect and untrue.
