Yelp is misleading and distorting facts about my local business account.

Yelp has taken it upon themselves to erase the details I provided regarding their misleading information. Moreover, they have a significant number of BBB complaints for what is perceived as dishonest tactics. By checking the BBB website for Yelp, you will see a warning stating, ""There is an alert for this business!"" 531 addressed in the last year"" and ""Complaints focus on business owners concerned that their positive reviews are being suppressed while negative reviews persist, which may mislead consumers about their business."" Some complaints also involve business owners claiming that there are false or misleading reviews on their Yelp profile and that Yelp refuses to remove them.

Yelp refuses to remove my business listing. They do not display ALL of my reviews and they will not eliminate the false review that was posted. Yet, they altered my business information to exclude THIS detail.

Yelp claims my company has a single review. This is false. In reality, I have 11 reviews, with 10 being 5-star ratings. Yelp has opted to highlight only the ONE negative review, which is incorrect and untrue.
