I called Leak Geeks to do a water leak test on a stat basis. I had received an $800 water bill that is normally way under $200 in other years at this time of year.

Shannon answered the phone, and she was extremely polite and understood the urgency surrounding my request. She said she would contact her husband, Paul Upton, immediately to see if he could fit me in, during a holiday weekend, even though he was completely booked.

As soon as she spoke to Paul, he was on the phone to me, and he was at my home in no time at all. He checked the home, using his specialized instrumentation, and subsequently I was provided with a written report to provide the El Dorado Irrigation District, indicating there was no leakage of water on my property.

I am a newly-widowed senior citizen, whose life has just been turned upside down, and fragile as I am at the moment, being treated so kindly and expediently was something I will not forget. It is my utmost pleasure to recommend this business to you. Paul and Shannon Upton do a great job!

I had a major water leak somewhere as I had no water pressure so I shut off the water at the main. I called Leak Geeks and Paul answered the phone. Paul informed me of how he would detect my break with his equipment and squeezed me in coming by this afternoon. He was a life saver and pinpointed the area of the break. He also showed me of where my water shut off valve was to the house as I had shut it off from the main only. The lever was rusted in the open position so he advised me to get it fixed as well along with another caped and glued water riser that could use a hose bib to make things easier if I ever encounter a water problem again. He was very helpful and said that he will speak to the plumber if they need further information as he marked the breakage area and the riser. I had inadvertently shut off the the valve which supplied my propane to the house and he kindly helped me relight my water heater. Paul was very helpful answering all my questions and educating me about my water lines. Even upon leaving Paul asked if there was anything else he could do. Thank you Paul.

Our house Main Water Supply line developed a leak - but where? We first noticed it on a Friday, too late to get anyone to help. We contacted the Leak Geek (Paul) and even though he was extremely busy agreed to help us out on Saturday. He was very prompt and actually returned our calls when he said he would. He was able to locate our leak and this allowed us to determine the best fix for the problem.
