My kitchen sink suddenly decided it wasn't going to drain anymore. I had worked with two other, over-priced plumbers over the years, but they either fobbed me off to a subcontractor or didn't even answer the phone this time. So, I called David instead.

David had plumbed-in and installed a sink for me as part of a contract job recently, so I decided to give him a call. He answered immediately and was ready to come right over, even on New Year's Eve! He asked for a full run-down of the problem so that he knew exactly what to expect upon arrival. He and his wife, who is also his assistant, came and did the work promptly. His approach is pragmatic, and he explains the work clearly. He never condescended, and he charged fairly.

The problem is solved, and he's my plumber from now on.
