Great experience! Julio and his associate not only installed my kitchen faucet expertly, they also identified an issue with the connecting pipe and replaced it. Saved me a lot of future headaches! I recommend this company and will definitely use their services again as the need arises.

I hired Uppercut Plumbing to repair a sink that wasn't draining and had a dripping faucet, and to fix a leaking pipe in my basement. I thought the amount they charged me was very high but I paid it. Immediately there were problems. They ruined a rug and the sink wasn't stable anymore. The leaking pipe continued to leak. It was hard to get a response to either a call or a text until I called from a different number - then they picked up right away. They did come fix the sink issue - although the final job looks very rough - and eventually came back three times to ""fix"" the leak which has continued to drip. I had another plumber look at the basement pipes and he told me there were three leaks and a valve that was about to burst. The plumber from Uppercut missed all of it and couldn't even fix what I had pointed out to him. I've requested a partial refund from Uppercut Plumbing but of course they've ignored my email. I would never hire them again and regret doing so in the first place.

Thank you to Uppercut Plumbing for having the expertise to fix the leak from my 100 year old claw foot tub! Another plumber without the specific knowledge would most likely have spent hours and cost me a lot of money trying to figure out plumbing that no longer exists in modern houses.

First of all, I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have found Uppercut Plumbing. A pipe burst in our home and I called Uppercut Plumbing on Monday morning and John responded right away. He was fair and honest and I really appreciated that! He was very patient with me and answered all of my questions. He completed the job and even went over and beyond showing me preventative measures! Additionally, John stopped by the next day because my hot water wasn't working and took the time to show me how to light the pilot!!! I'm extremely impressed by his professionalism, promptness and technical expertise! John, I really appreciate your help and HIGHLY recommend Uppercut Plumbing!
