This guy may be great with regular plumbing problems but he put in a new water heater for us, left before it actually worked saying that we probably needed to replace the breakers. We replaced the breakers the next day and turned them on which caused the main breaker to trip off. We then called a handyman to troubleshoot the problem for us and the plumber had connected the two 120 wires that come down from the two breakers, TO EACH OTHER! Right next to the pipe that he didn't tighten enough so it was leaking! The handyman connected everything up correctly, tightened the connection on the pipe and now, ofter a week and a half we finally have hot water.
