My AC unit started to have trouble on the evening of July 3rd and I feared I would not be able to find a company willing to come out after 7:00pm on the day before a holiday (Independence Day). I called Upchurch Services and they had a technician at my home within the hour!!! The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem within 1.5 hours. He had a fully stocked truck that allowed him to fix the issue right then, versus having to reschedule due to not having the proper parts. He offered multiple options and gave suggestions on how to avoid the problem in the future!! I really thought my family would have to deal with the heat through the holiday, but Upchurch Services came through in a major way. I fully recommend Upchurch Services!
