Up to Code plumbing was the third contractor to evaluate my plumbing situation and they solved the problem immediately! They were prepared with every tool needed and walked me through everything they did. Eduardo Sandoval especially went above and beyond with how kind he was and cleaned everything up better than what is was before. Great company and I can't be any more thankful to have functioning toilets now!

First...special thank yous to Amanda, the office administrator at Up To Code. What a delight and exceptional support she has been. As a real estate agent/property mgr, it's encumbent upon me to get the JOB done. This is wholly dependent upon the vendors I utilize to get the tasks successfully addressed. Amanda coordinated the arrival of the plumber, Josh, with the scheduled H2O shutoff in a large condo complex, NO EZ TASK!!

So Josh is the STAR plumber of the month. He arrived right as scheduled, TIMELY, knew in advance which parts were necessary to correct our leak, KNOWLEDGEABLE, got to work immediately, FOCUSED, and made a point to clean up with RESPECT!!
This is ABOVE and BEYOND!! KUDOS to this plumbing service and to the (2) two fantastic Up to Code employees.

I was referred to them via my home warranty service. It took two voice mails before they returned my call. My plumbing issue was semi urgent. Flooding under my house. After assessing the situation, the tech decided he needed more equipment and had to return on a different day to repair. Not sure why he couldn't run over to Home Depot but none the less, I had to reschedule. Left two more voice mails before finally getting a call back. On two other occasions, Amanda, apparently the office person, promised to call me back by end of day. Which didn't happen. Twice. Sometimes she answers the phone only saying ""hello?"" Which makes me think I dialed the wrong number.
In the end, it took 4 visits from the tech before my issue was repaired. The price wasn't bad. Had to pay out of pocket (which isn't their fault)
If you want prompt responses and good customer service, this is not the company for you.

This company is really professional. The technician Elduardo came to fix the toilet. He fixed within 10 minutes. I will recommend this company for plumbing job with no hesitation!

Eric of Up to Code Plumbing is an amazing plumber. Two parts to this review.
Part 1. My mom had another plumber tear apart a shower fixer that wasn't too old and purchased another $1700 fixture that required that the newly remodeled shower be torn apart in order to replace the fixture. He never returned to do the job. Eric was recommended to me by a friend. Eric looked at what the other plumber had torn up, he found that the fixture had a lifetime warranty, contacted the mfg and registered the fixture. The mfg shipped out the parts needed at no cost, then Eric returned to install the parts. Shower up and working for less than $300! Big difference when you hire someone who knows what they are doing and they turn out to be an honest individual.

Part 2. We had a hot water pipe spring a leak under the house at my mom's place. Eric showed up and set up equipment to dry out the water damage. This actually took a few weeks to accomplish, it was raining continuously, which made it very difficult to dry out. He was there checking with moisture meters regularly monitoring the damage so that mold would not develop. He later returned to change out the pipe under the tight crawl space under the house. Again, thank you Eric with To Code Plumbing for doing an outstanding job!

I had a leak in my garage ceiling and called UP TO Code plumbing. The tech Josh came out identified the problem explained exactly what needed to be done. He returned a short time later with the necessary part and in no time fixed the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. The guy came over here, and spent 5 minutes trying to find a parking because his truck was too tall for our building garage. I found a parking, but he kept saying it is too far from my residence despite my offer to help carry his equipment. I found another parking much closer to my place after this idiot left, and called the company within 2-3 minutes after that demanding that he should come back to perform his job, but it was no avail.
Never use this horrible company.

Extremely unreliable, don't show up when they say they will, several no shows, all over a small water leak that just requires a faucet replacement, and is causing larger issues in my building. I can't believe this. I highly recommend against this company.
