Eduardo was a very informative & professional plumber. He snaked my clogged kitchen sink and completed service within 30min. The very same clog that another company claimed couldn't be cleared without tearing down stucco and replacing pipe. Thank goodness for honest folks! Total scam and waste of time of a company. They were called out to my house from my home warranty policy and
1) they don't come prepared to actually do work that same day
2) take up to 2 weeks to schedule any meaningful work, meaning I had to pay someone else to snake a critical drain
3) left my house a mess each time they came through the house without cleaning up after themselves
4) took out a component of the sink (the stopper) that they committed to fixing but then when trying to schedule the upcoming service to replace the stopper, they wanted me to pay $170 x 2 sinks out of pocket to fix the issue. It's a $17 part at home depot.

They're extortionists and complete con artists. Do not work with them to save yourself some hassle and piece of mind. There are plenty of honest plumbers out there.
