Did a great job fixing the drain clog (had to go 42 ft in!) and making sure all was flowing freely. Answered my questions, and even took care of a small leak that wasn't part of the ticket but happily did it for us. The guys were very friendly, professional, and stuck it out until the end. We had several plumbing issues pertaining to no hot water in the shower. We called Up and Coming Services and a service tech arrived in a timely manner. He was professional and wore shoe covers while inside the house. We were impressed with his knowledge of our situation and his ability to quickly identify the problem . While there we had him to check and replace the guts in several commodes. The price was very reasonable and I recommend their service .

I don't know how they have so many 5 stars. They were 2.5 hours late of their windowfor an emergency service call (backed up drainage pipe and water flooding into bedroom). When they finally did answer the phone it was the technician had the worst attitude. He just answerEd the phone ""yeah?""Horrible customer service and he rushed me off the phone saying he was going to call me back but I never gave an number. I was calling on behalf of my parents. Up and running services never called back. The warranty company had to reassign to another company.

Mr Upshure of Up and Running Services came out to help us find a leak that a previous plumber wanted no part of. After testing different possibilities one at a time, he found the culprit toilet and fixed it. He was professional, courteous and was came out at the end of his day so we didn't have yo take time off work. I highly recommend him and would call him again.
