I called the sweetest cs rep on a Friday, she pointed out that they were pretty booked til after Tuesday but would try her best. On Monday she had someone at my door by evening to try and help us.

He was down in the basement for less than 45min before coming up and telling me he was done and to give it a little time. When I told him we've ran thru 3different plumbers in 6weeks and everyone tells us the same thing, ""wait 30min and it should be back up again"" he ensured me he replaced everything and it would for sure be working. Still frustrated it took this many attempts with different plumbing companies but thank you Up2Code for getting out hot water back on. It is winter I need my hot showers!!!

Needed work on my water heater. Spoke to Tina, who took my information and promised to call back with an appointment. She kept her word and called me as soon as possible.

Jeremiah showed up on the appointment date and took care of business. He handled the repair and afterwards, took the time to explain what the root cause of the issue was.

We had a two month old water heater that the pilot went out and would not relight. We were without hot water for two days. This was a manufacturer warranty issue. They did not install the water heater. They came out within 24 hours of my contacting them and took care of it with a great attitude and professionalism. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

We have an AO Smith water heater that had an issue with the burner/delayed ignition. The unit was still under warranty and Up2Code was listed as an AO Smith service provider. Contacted them and they let me know parts were covered under the warranty so I only had to pay $250 for labor. Many other plumbing companies will not work on your water heater if it's not their ""preferred"" brand.

We got a plumber to come out on the same day to swap out our faulty parts and put in new ones. The rep on the phone was easy to work with. She was able to look up my water heater and schedule a plumber to come out on the same day to fix our water heater.

If you have an AO Smith water heater contact this company and check to see if it's still under warranty. You might be able to save a ton of money.

Our gas hot water heater was beginning to make loud banging noises and also the pilot wouldn't stay lit. My husband did all of the google suggested fixes and no go. It is 9 years old so I worried about the repair or replacement cost. Called Up2Code and they were extremely helpful and set up an appointment right away and gave us a quote. Kristen (?) called us back right away and said she thought our WH was on a recall and recommended we call the manufacturer. She was right! Not only were the recalled parts covered but also the labor!!! Joe was great and managed to squeeze us in on a Friday afternoon. Two thumbs up for Up2Code.

They are still totally incompetent. I have provided them with documentation of payment twice in the past two years. This amount was paid by credit card, and the person talked to last year acknowledged this after my last review. It just seems that they are too incompetent to actually document the payment in their records.

Don't call them if you need immediate service. Katherine was very nice and put in a big effort to try and get service as least the next day (after no hot water for 3 days), but then later on they cancelled and put back another day. We were without hot water Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday until we called someone else that could come over right away.

Joe came this morning to replace a very badly plumbed-in garbage disposal. We knew it would be a tricky job, as it was obvious the previous owners had done a really bad job of it. He was on time, great and efficient and explained what the problems were and told us what he was going to do to get our approval before he went ahead and did the work. We will be absolutely happy to use them again and happy to recommend!
