You didn't come for free; your work is (supposed to be ) under warranty.
There is a lot to desire with your company, and I wonder why I should call you and what you think you can achieve on Monday after:
- you publicly called me a liar when I pointed out discrepancies
- you were already here three times
- you revealed your true colors of how you treat customers when things are not your liking
I also waited and chased you down for weeks to get back to me. You didn't come for free because it was not a favor. It was a leaking that still exists. You never showed up in the given timeframe but leisurely whenever it was convenient for you, not considering others.
Branding is something that you want to be recognized by the customers and want them to describe their experience positively.
Something to think about.

Requires $125 ""estimate fee"" regardless of customer request. Won't answer questions, says ""every issue is different, we need to see it"" . So, expense is inevitable even if no issue is found.

They've installed a tankless water heater, water pressure regulator and fixed a slow leak I found in our wall. After 3 separate jobs they've done great work, showed up on time and stuck to the estimated price.
Background: After being charged WAY too much from another hometown plumber (to level a toilet ) this company provided a very competitive up front price (the other one wouldn't provide up front estimate). It's great to now have a plumbing company that I know I can trust from now on. Just hire these guys and you won't be sorry.

Jo is a nice guy . Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended . Thank you so much .

Thank you for sending Joe the technician today! He was professional, kind and new what he needed to get the job done in a timely matter. I was very nervous trusting another company! I will be calling you for future needs!
Thank you so much,
Sue,

Replaced a hot water heater that was under warranty and the young man Kyle was very professional thank you.

My water heater died. Whirlpool's 877 number gave me bad info, which cost me a day, but they also gave Up2Code as one of their certified repair companies. They're so busy that it took them a day to get me on the schedule, but they showed up when they said they would and I had a working water heater when they left. You can't ask for more than that. Professional, efficient, and polite.

Up2Code plumbing took care of a warranty issue for me. I had another plumber install an AO water heater from Lowe's over a month ago. It kept making a loud fog horn noise for 10 seconds every time it started to warm up the water. I called AO and they referred me to Up2Code. I was able to get it repaired the day after I called. The plumber showed up during the appointment window and was in and out lickity split. He completed the repair! Now my water heater is super quiet, just how it was supposed to be.

My review is belated, but I wanted to take the time to recognize Joe Scola and the Up2Code Plumbing team. I had a leak in my water main just before the Labor Day holiday. Up2Code was one of several plumbers I called as they are in Benicia and I am a local. They couldn't come out that week, so I continued to call around for someone who could. Got the Leak detected, but Estimate seemed high. The weekend passed, and the Holiday and I'm working on getting someone for the repair. I called back to Up2Code and as noted the week prior, they had another job but would see if they could squeeze me in. Found a company who could come Wed., Great! Tues, Original Company, pushes to Wed. OK, Wed comes, they say: Push to Friday. Here we are at another weekend and my water main is still leaking (all I can think is $$). Friday morning comes and Original Company bails again. Desperate, I called Up2Code again. The office staff remembers me from earlier in the week and the week before. ""Send me a picture, I'll try to get someone out""... Finally, here comes Joe Scola at 3pm on a Friday, after completing another job and he originally says we can do it Monday. Defeated in the process, I'm saying ""OK""- at everone's mercy. Next thing you know Joe calls me, says nah, this should be pretty quick and easy - he went back to the shop to get some tools and here he is fixing it right then and there. It's now 6pm on a Friday and Joe GETS IT DONE. My hubby is out of town. Joe carefully explains step by step what to do to get the water back on so air in the pipes doesn't do damage....I'm carefully writing it all down after he repeats it one more time. ""I'll come back by if you need me to."" (Wait? What? On a Friday, at 8pm? When the glue dries??) WHAT A GUY! JOE- THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!

Our hot water heater went out on a Thursday but we were able to contact and schedule a repair for the following Monday with Up2Code Plumbing. The entire customer service felt wrong from the beginning but we were committed and needed the hot water heater fixed. I ended up having to call back Thursday night to confirm the appointment because the call taker/scheduler did not call back as promised. Monday morning I was supposed to get a call to pin point the time but no one called. When I called the company at 9AM I was told they were not coming out as scheduled that they would try to come out the next day. Now we are without a hot water heater for five days and no real relief in site. Had to call another plumber. Companies that can't keep commitments eventually go away. Bye-bye
