Unstoppable Plumbing Co.
Raul came to fix my kitchen faucet because it had became loose, he was quick on the repair and very professional; because I live on the 3rd floor he brought all his tools without making trips to his truck to retrieve a forgot tool. He commincated with me by text and by phone to ensure that if I still needed him. After the job was finished he cleaned up the work area under the sink and around the faucet. Yes, I suggested Unstoppable Plumbing as your to go guy if you want the best.

This is my go-to plumber. He's been in the business for decades, and he knows his stuff. He's a little pricier than some of the other options, but it's no exaggeration to say you're paying for his expertise. You can count on the job being done quickly and skillfully, and, when necessary, he works with an equally competent crew. Each time, everyone wore masks, and were respectful of the health and safety of my family.
I originally brought in Raul after a Home Depot referral to run pipes into a disconnected fixture in a gas fireplace, fix drainage for my water heater, and modernize some piping. He called me within minutes of submitting my request. He was swift in getting the job started, transparent about pricing, brought in a great crew, and got everything patched up nicely. The fireplace now comfortably heats my whole home. He let me know about some other problems that I'd want to address in the future, but didn't pressure me at all to get work done on them.
I liked working with him so much, I brought him back today for a problem with a leaking toilet. He was here within hours and in and out in a flash. Everything's working great.

My dishwasher was backed up and so I got a new one thinking after 10 years it was time. After the new one was installed, it backed too. I called Raul at Unstoppable Plumbing and he came right over..
Raul noticed that my garbage disposal had been installed improperly by the handyman, and the little valve was left in when it should have been taken out. So within about 20 to 30 minutes, My dishwasher was working fine and no more dirty dishwater. I will absolutely call Raul again and refer his services to others. He was honest, clean, and efficient. Thanks Raul!

Service was fantastic... quick and great price thank you Raul for such speedy and great work . I highly recommend unstoppable Plumbing

DO NOT HIRE Unstoppable Plumbing (sometimes spelled Unstopable Plumbing)!
Raul Jimenez (the owner installer) was referred to me by Home Depot. I had a Williams double sided gas wall heater that needed to be replaced in my rental house, and I had purchased the same exact model to replace it. A very straight forward remove and replace job. He was $100- higher in price than the first referral I talked to, but Raul said he could be at my house in an hour and get it done the same day.
What I ended up with was several holes in my lathe and plaster walls, one of which was approximately 12 inches in diameter. Raul tried to convince me that it had to happen and that I should bring in ""my patch"" guy to fix the damage (like I just happen to have a patch guy in my pocket). I refused and said you are going to fix this before you get paid. His patch work was terrible, and he didn't even bother to remove the heater covers to do the patch. As a result, plaster was all over everything and smooshed inside the heater and all over the floor inside the frame. My tenant later told me that she had watched him pound the old heater unit out of the wall with a hammer.
He tried to get me to sign off on the job 4 or 5 times over the course of 6 hours (2 of which was the actual install). The first time he tried to leave, I saw the holes in the walls, and found that one of the heater covers had a gap from the wall on one side that exceeded an inch. I knew I had for sure hired the WRONG GUY at this point. And it just went down hill from there. At 6;30 PM, six hours after arriving, I paid him in full to get him out of the house. It was getting uncomfortable to have this conflict in front of my tenants as they were trying to get on with their evening and make dinner. He and his helper had been there the better part of a day, and I realized that he wasn't going to make it look any better than it was. He actually asked that I write the check to his personal name and not to Unstopable Plumbing (this way he could avoid paying income tax).
Later, upon closer inspection, I found screws missing inside the heater unit. The holes had been stripped out from over torquing with a screw gun. The heater unit covers could not be screwed on with the intended hardware, as he hadn't taken the time to install the heater body so the holes would line up. He had literally used metal strapping to hold one of the heater covers in place, meanwhile damaging my brand new heater unit to do so.
Long story short (it took me several months to resolve all this), I had to hire a wall repair guy for $200-, a painter for $160-, buy a gallon of paint for $30-, and spend 3 hours of my time cleaning up plaster, drilling holes etc. to get the covers installed securely. And on top of it, the brand new unit is damaged.
The Home Depot referral service has graciously decided to reimburse me my costs, plus some money for the damage to the new heater. Do yourself a favor. Do not hire this company.

Last week the 27 year old furnace in my apartment stopped working.
I am a renter so I called my landlord and let him know.
First they sent over a handy man who tried to fix it, but because of its age he was unable to keep it working.
Then my landlord got smart and called Raul Jimenez at Unstopable Plumbing Services! Raul came in and diagnosed all the issues, he did his best to fix the old unit, but sadly its time had come.
Raul contacted my landlord and let him know the extent of the wear and age. Raul and Paul his assistant came back the next day and worked hard all day installing the new unit just so i could have heat before i went to sleep tonight.
Raul and Paul are true professionals and made sure everything was done correctly and with fine detail. I am very thankful to have someone like Raul to call when I have an issue, because i know he will stay until the job is done. He was at my house till 8:00pm tonight.

Would not recommend this company. Did not fix the problem. Charged $95 for lighting the pilot of my water heater that wouldn't stay on. Called a handyman out the next day and he fixed it. Would not recommend this company.

This is a one man company. The name of the owner is Raul Jimenez who is a smooth talker claiming a lot of experience in plumbing and heating. Very convincing. In addition to asking high prices that is the part he knows very well apparently in one job I hired him he acted very unprofessionally. First he asked for money upfront and I made a mistake and gave him 50% of the total estimate. He failed to correct the problem with a wall heater. He went back and forth and could not please the gas company and he insisted we should not call the gas company again to light the pilot and check the heater. His contract was clear that he will fix the problem and provide one year warranty for parts and labor. He grabbed the money and became very aggressive claiming he completed the job. I had to hire another contractor who fixed the problem that Raul was not able to even diagnosed it. This was a rental property and the problems was in two units that the gas company claimed the wall heaters were not venting properly. In one of the units the tenant did not want this guy to touch his heater as Raul told him the vents have asbestos. He engaged into discussions with the tenant telling him that he has been breathing carbon monoxide and that the vents have asbestos etc. The other tenant complained to me that Raul was asking her out for a date and when she refused he got very upset and became rude. When I called him insisting that he violated his contract he was talking over me all the time. I managed to stop him and we agree that he will charge me only for the part and he will send me the receipt. He never did. I called him back and he said I have no money to give you and if you report me I will put a lien on your house.
In summary lack of technical expertise and lack of professionalism. Good guy to talk too but I would not trust him with my money or doing work in my property again. I give him the lowest possible rating.
