Unrivaled Plumbing is aptly named because their exorbitant pricing is unrivaled!! Their charge to unplug a clogged drain is FIVE TIMES HIGHER than other MONTROSE competitors. For a job that took less than 10 minutes, the charge was $831 versus an average of $150 quoted by other companies who were unavailable at that time. True . . . that they were able to send a tech right away. The tech quoted me before he started to work where my tenant who has an autistic child needed to be taken care of immediately, so I felt obligated to have him continue the work since he was there, (even though I did receive a call from a competitor who said they could send a tech right away) which was completed in less than 10 minutes! Two issues: the high cost, and the fact that the owner of the company didn't have the courtesy to respond to my calls or texts. I certainly DO NOT RECOMMEND doing business with this company.

When I'm forced to call an expert for help, I'm always a little nervous about the whole experience. Apart from planning a general assessment and making a decision, I can't say I have ever sat down to plan for future plumbing emergencies.

The emergency happened and I set out to contact a plumber to come to the rescue and fix a leak (a fairly big leak, under the house).

Unrivaled Plumbing came up in a Google search. I called and within an hour or two, the problem was assessed, priced and repaired. Quick action. Super friendly service- even after several phone calls to understand the situation and ensure the problem was addressed and repaired. The team at UR was patient and helpful.

Grateful UR is in the area. Relieved the problem was repaired quickly. The repair was completed so well, the only evidence there was a problem is the remaining water that will eventually dry up. UR set up fans to speed up the drying process, suh-weet!

Thank you Unrivaled Plumbing for your super quick, friendly and thorough service! I hope I don't have any other emergencies, but if I do, I know who to call.

I had a hot water tank that needed replaced and the owner of the company came out himself asap after his employe became ill and couldn't make it to my house. Michael was fast and nice and even took my old tank away so that I didn't have to deal with getting rid of it !

A pipe in our shower wall started leaking. This was on a Sunday. I called many places that were suppose to be available 24 hours 7 days a week. They didn't have anyone to help. I came across UNRIVALED PLUMBING LTD. I gave them a call and they said they could be there in an hour or hour and a half. I appreciated the fact that he said it would cost more since it was on a Sunday instead of telling me when they arrived. He arrived when he said he would and did a great job. I won't hesitate to use them again.
