Thanks to Lance for sending Manny out today on a very last minute appointment due to a water leak. Yesterday I walked into a puddle in my garage and based on the community being notorious for pipe leaks, I suspected this was the case. However, re-piping is in the thousands and I wanted confirmation first. It's been a terrible time without water and I am so grateful that Manny came out and professionally diagnosed and confirmed the issue. Very wonderful work, polite and reliable. Thank you!

Lance and Manny are the utmost professionals. Great service, and reasonable price. I have had several leaks, and they quickly find the problem and get it fixed. They have always been willing to come out the same day I call, and have stayed late a couple times to fix the leak so I can get my water turned back on. Highly recommend them.

I have used Unlimited Plumbing for about 15 years now and I could not be happier with their service. Lance and Manny are the best! They are honest, professional and reliable and have never let me down. They are prompt to respond to phone calls. Just last weekend I called them because we had a slab leak. Manny called me back right away (on Saturday), re-arranged his schedule, and was at our house in less than an hour. He found the leak and fixed it with minimal damage done to our wall. So grateful he came out so quickly! The first time I met Lance, he went above and beyond to help me. We had a problem with tree roots in our sewer line. Lance cleared out our drain, and when he ""scoped"" the drain he was able to detect more roots that were actually in the city's pipes......Lance called the city, the water department, got them out there and had them fix the problem. He was awesome! He stayed throughout the entire process and made sure everything was taken care of. I was/am so grateful to him for everything he did for us that day. Since that day, I have never used or called another plumber, and never will. They are so honest and hard-working. If you find yourself needing a plumber, call Unlimited Plumbing. I have used Unlimited Plumbing on several projects. I've worked with a lot of plumbers in the past and this company is my favorite. They are quick to either answer their phone or get back with you, they are on time and extremely professional. My most recent project was to install a reverse osmosis system in my garage (rather than take up space under my kitchen cabinet I purchased the system and cabinet separately). This required Manny & Danny, his assistant, to add a separate copper pipe and shut off valve to the system running off my cold water to my washing machine. I really appreciated the fact they cared to make things aesthetically pleasing as well as the security measures taken. They helped me customize the cabinet I bought so the faucet and shut off valve were installed to make this a great system for my family to gain easy access to good drinking water. No more lugging all those water refill bottles home. I am so pleased with the outcome. Lance and Manny have done work for me in the past and all the work has been perfect. (Replaced both my hose bibs outside and many inside shut off valves) I wouldn't hesitate to refer them out. If you want plumbers that care and are experts, call this team.

What can I say. Great service, amazing efficiency, and very clear communication! I had mentioned that I needed to get to work and made my appointment. Manny showed up early to honor my request and within minutes had the problem fixed with my toilet and they were out the door. I will definitely call them if I have any future plumbing issues.

Came home from a vacation and heard a water sound in my upstairs wall. Went downstairs to find soggy carpet, Damn! Shut off water to the house and call Lance first thing in the morning. He says, ""We'll be there by noon"". Lance and Manny show up and within an hour they have found the pinhole leak in my copper pipe and repaired it. 2 holes in the wall were necessary, but these guys were super clean, quick and professional.

I had Unlimited Plumbing fix several plumbing issues this week. The problems were due to previous plumber's botched work from a remodel a few years ago. The repair work included building up drains on 2 toilets and also fixing a bathtub waste and overflow that was leaking as it cracked due to the way it was originally installed. Manny was extremely meticulous explained everything to me as to why there were problems and what needed to be done to correct. He also took pictures for me to share with my contractor. I am confident the repairs have solved the leaks and I am 100% pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Manny and Lance.

I called Lance and he sent out Manny I had the handle in my down stairs bathroom fail on me and break. I have had back surgery so could not think outside the box to get this fixed. Many said he had to go to San Juan which is up Antonio to go get the flushing handle I said well you might as well change them all out. He charged me $ 220.00 dollars to do this job that took less than 10 minutes. I went on line to Amazon and found the handles for 20 dollars a piece. so if you do the math 60 dollars minus 220 leaves them 160.00 dollars profit for hooking up the chain to the flipper inside the toilet. Wow I was so disappointed that it cost me so much for this small job. I had them out once before to hook up the gas in my fire place and fix a leak under my sink and was charged less than this job that is why i called them. Plumbers are a dime a dozen to lose a customer. I need to do a better job researching before I do this again. It was an expensive lesson to learn since i am on a very tight budget. I am sure since they are in this business they did not pay 20 for each handle more like 9 dollars.
