Most people say it's a good service in town and they will recommend you this business. They are always booked or busy. They couldn't get the job done and will charge you for service. No guarantee on service.

Shawn and his crew are highly skilled at what they do. I have a house with a 10 year old furnace in it that needed to be relocated for my basement remodeling plans. I was a building tradesman for 34 years before retiring to the Moscow/Pullman Area. Shawn was recommended to me by a local contractor who I have used and respect. He showed up on time with good communications beforehand. The scope of work was quickly assessed ....it would require changes in the ducting into the furnace unit which Shawn looked over to make sure it was still in good condition and gave it a thumbs up of approval rather than trying to ""upsell"" me into a new furnace unit. His workmen showed up in a timely fashion and worked a long workday to complete the move and changes....duct work and gas pipe work were required and all was done in a clean professional manner. After it was complete I heard a faint noise after about 45 minutes of running and shut the unit down....calked late the next day around noon because of other things and Shawn had his tech over quickly that day and his tech quickly found the errant strip of tape that was probably not from Shawn's workmen. So fair prices quick and timely responses and fantastic follow up on their work....I've found my Heating & Plumbing contractor in my new home!
