We hired them a couple years ago to plumb a brand new laundry room and an addition. We recently had these areas inspected after water damage and lo and behold, they had installed shark bites behind drywall (not to code) and they ran PEX through drywall to terminate where supply line shut-offs were installed (which is not best practice because any downward force on that PEX could cause it to break off). So after paying Unlimited a premium for their services, we are having to pay again to have it redone. NO, just NO! Very disappointed with them and would not recommend them.

I called them because I had a leak that appeared to be fom the water heater or furnace. They came out and replaced a valve. Its was still leaking. 2nd call showed it was a pipe in the furnice. So not sure it it was the valve that I was charged almost $65 for.
Got the bill I was overcharged. Got charged for 90 minutes for less than 30 minutes of work.

Everyone knows about supply-chain problems, and how hard it is for businesses to find employees to respond to their current customers. let alone to new ones. How stunned was I, then, to learn Unlimited would not only respond to our clogged tub/shower but do so that day!

As it turns out, there were snags even in Unlimited's day; and a late arrival had to be accommodated. But the accommodation was easy, the service representative was cordial and quick, and the problem was solved--that day!

And . . . , the price was right. Even Unlimited's after-hours pricing is a bargain, and we were glad to pay it!
