Very professional and skilled technicians. They worked on my elderly parents plumbing issue. I appreciate their honesty and I thank them for the swift action. A nice young lady showed up and I was pleasantly surprised with her skills (loved seeing that). She left the area cleaner than it was. My parents are not the easiest to please and Universe you came through with flying colors. If I could I would rate it more a 10 out of 10!!

After 10 years of sinking money into repairing and maintaining our Navian Combi boiler we finally made the smart decision to replace it with a new unit. Universe came in with 3 very polite, very respectful and very clean men to install a RINNAI Combi boiler unit. They showed up promptly at 7:30am (exactly when they said they would) and finished at approximately 2pm. In the 6 1/2 hours these men were here they removed the old unit, completely re-piped everything for all 3 heat zones in my home, cleaned up EVERYTHING when they were finished and taught us how to use and maintain the new unit. They really surpassed any expectations we had while they were here and did everything with smiles on their faces. The new unit works a thousand times better than what we had and we are extremely thankful that we chose Universe Home Services to do the work.

Don't ever use them. Their prices are outrageous. I had a problem with toilet when the bowl wouldn't fill up. A woman came to the house and gave me estimates from $500-1300 to repair it. She was completely incompetent, and I called another plumber who went to Home Depot, bought a flapper and installed it for $100. Be aware if you call them. I was charged $120 for the useless visit and incompetent prices, It's a shame I have to give it one star.

I called Monday 2-13-23 at 9:30am and spoke to the office about replacing a 50 gallon gas water heater. The lady in the office I think her name is Susan said it's Monday morning and everyone is on the phone. I joked and said you and I as well. She said, ""someone will call you back soon."" it is now Tuesday, 2-14-23 at 11:05 am andhave not received a call back. I hired another company to do the job. If you want the same customer service, then call them. They are not reccomended.

We have been using Universe Home Service for over 20 years now to fix HVAC and plumbing issues as well as appliance problems with refrigerators, washers, and dryers. They have always been straightforward about price and long-lastedness of repair options versus when replacement is needed. I trust their employees and cannot recommend them strongly enough for any household maintenance services.

They did arrive on time which is the only good thing. Failed to tell me the visit alone is $122. Cost Estimate for repairs was off the wall so I told them to send me a bill for the visit. ""They do not send bills."" Also asked to forward estimate to my email....they do not do that. Unfortunately, no stars. However, the service man was polite and professional.

AVOID. Horrible Service. Absolute Unfair Pricing. Technician we dealt with (Chris) was terrible. Some technicians are definitely charging higher then their own company rates. Will have to switch companies.

This company will do anything to get money out of you. Do not trust there salesman or technicians they are just trying to get there commission clearly! Toliets installs do not cost 1000 dollars. This place is a scam! Consumer beware! I know people personally who have worked here and it's all nonsense what these people tell you.

I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews, because often it's just off one bad experience... and that seems unfair to me. However, in this case, I reached out twice to ask about work being done and never heard a response.

I've heard positive things about Universal, which is why I texted, but in my case, there was no feedback.
