We had a cleaning company cleaning my parents house when they noticed that the downstairs tub was filling up with water. I called 4 companies before Universal and I'm so happy the others didn't pick up their phone. Harold was so responsive and promised to come the same day. He was courteous when he arrived and got right to work. He found the problem right away and removed the clog. Harold and Universal will be our only call in the future

So... this was an very unexpected call I needed to make tonight but I am VERY happy I did! I walked into my home to a completely backed up shower. I called every possible plumber, even the ""24 hour"" svs and got no one! A friend of mine recommended Harold to me and I am soo glad she did!!! He came very fast! Reasonable prices, very professional and a peoples person with great energy and he knew exactly what the issue was by just looking! I'm So thankful he was able to come in such short notice when no one else would! He saved me from a melt down lol! Thank you Harold for your time and professionalism and great work!

Saved us from having to take bird baths. Lol. Came home from work in a panic when we noticed basement shower was backed up . After calling ""24 hr plumbing svcs"" to only be told no one can come out till the am, I finally got someone and I am thankful. He came on time and his fee was great compared to other prices quoted. Very professional. And best of all, he solved my problem and now we can bathe properly. Thank you Harold !! Universal Sewer is my go to guys for now on!

Overcharged me. 2 pipes 100 with tax should come $109, then he changed me $5 gas charged $5 Credt card charge. For $12 plug I was charged $50 plus taxed. I felt like I was a fool. So I am giving him 1 star.

Overall it was mediocre service.

Also, before he came over, I specifically asked if he accepts credit cards and he said yes. Then after he finished his work, he said he can only accept cash or checks.

Didn't like his attitude.
