Very rude owner. I wanted to return an unused part but their policy is no returns. STAY AWAY. your better off at Home Depot or Lowe's.

I'm rating zero stars. We just waited for 10 HOURS for these people to finally tell us they do not have the part we need. How rude and inconsiderate. In a pandemic and snow storm. They obvious do not care for others or customer service. Never come here unless you want to waste your time.

Well, I called a plumber to take care of a problem with leakage under the sink. He arrived, looked underneath and said that he knew what it was. He moved a silver ring down towards the garbage disposal, tightened things, and left in about 30 min. When asked about payment, he asked for a tip since it was a small job. I tipped him $80, and now that I think about it...it was probably too much for the job and time he used. The next day, the leaking started again and the bottom of the sink was pooling water. I called Universal plumbing and this time asked for Miguel Flores, who in the past has always fixed the plumbing needs around the house. He would have come for the job earlier, but was sick. He troubleshooted the problem, and it was much worse then the original plumber that showed up had thought. He was professional, courteous, and what a difference a knowledgeable plumber does for calming the nerves. It's finally fixed and I will call Universal Plumbing again, and especially ask for Miguel Flores. You will not be disappointed!!!

I hardly ever write reviews but I had to for these guys. They were great! I know zero about plumbing. They were patient, helpful & answered my questions without any condescension. On top of all of that, their prices were comparable to Lowe's & in one instance, less expensive. They are "a little off the beaten path" but with the map on my phone I had no trouble finding them. Another big plus is they are open on Saturday mornings. Every other plumbing supply I looked up was closed on weekends.

i have been buying most of my plumbing supply for my apt complexes for many years from these guys who do know there stuff.

the problem is that if you by something from them that is mechanical and the product is defected they will not give you a refund or even store credit. in my case the item was a pressure guage that only cost $55. bucks even with a receipt and within a few days of purchase.

the sales guy said you have to go thru the manufacture. even though they sold the item.

that is a horrible policy and the consumer me now has to hassle with a company that i don't even know.

beware if your going to buy something mechanical or electronic .

this is not how you treat customers.
