I thought it was going to be a simple replace the cartridge to my faucet. Brian investigated the situation and presented me with the root cause of my sink and tub faucet leaks - it was the pressure relief valve. Disappointed in service provided for the price charged. Faucet still leaked after their attempt to repair & they left water supply off once they finished. I would not recommend this company as I had to repair the faucets myself.

Mr. Mike Phillips and Ejay serviced me today. Had to have my PRV replaced. From start to end, everything was professional. From initially speaking with Mr. Larry, a follow up call from Mrs. Claudia and a courtesy call from Shalanda. The men were knowledgeable and I felt like I learned a little about plumbing along the way with all my questions! Will definitely use them in the future if needed. Price was reasonable ~ plus gives me peace of mind knowing that it's done correctly.
