I just purchased a weekend home and called them to replace an electric heat pump with a gas furnace. Nick and his father, John, came to the home. What they discovered was that there was a circuit breaker that was turned off. There was old electric baseboard heating and when all that was turned off someone accidentally turned off the outside unit. They turned it on assured me the heating bill will go down. They spent a lot of time explaining all my options without trying to hard sell anything. They could have taken total advantage of me, but didn't. What incredible business ethics. I am so happy to have found an outstanding plumbing and heating contractor. Oh and BTW, they charged me nothing!

SUPER visit. I was realizing that I was having a heating issue at the Pocono house that I had just purchased. In addition, they were able to help me with my Beckett oil tank gauge (that several other professionals didnt want to touch with a 10 ft pole). They were able to fit me in their schedule on short notice. Within 5 minutes of walking into the house they already had an idea of what one of the larger issues was. Wonderful service, true professionals. I like it when you 'learn' something from a service provider. I am having them back to help with a baseboard heating issue that we can postpone a little bit. I will also have them back to help with the AC as well.

John and his crew have worked on my heating and air conditioning for years. They do great work, very reliable, professional and fairly priced.
Recently our oil furnace stopped working around midnight. I called John and he had us up and running by noon the next day. Over the summer they installed air conditioning and it works great. If you want the job done right, on time and at a fair price, call them!

Learned I was overcharged by at least 1,300 dollars for a well pump and tank. Had a problem one year later that leaked water in our basement. This happened on a Friday night called and was told they could be out on Monday and than John hung up on me. Do not patronize this business. Customer service is a joke
