We had plumbing problems and called this company. Mainly we heard their commercial. They were quick to respond. Customer service was very polite when we called. They gave us a time frame and called before coming. They also pre-provided the plumbers name who would be servicing our home and just some info about him like what his hobbies were. Great personal touch and we felt like we already knew him. There is a level of comfort there. The plumber quickly diagnosed what he needed to do when we told him what happened. He came in and quickly resolved our problem. A very nice polite young man who enjoyed his craft and is very knowledgeable. Lastly their price is VERY FAIR. Not expensive and that is also a plus. While we hope never to call them again, if we needed to we will call Universal Plumbing. Give them a try!

I want to give a five star shout-out to Brian Dukes at Universal Plumbing. He came out and gave a no-nonsense estimate for the repairs I needed. I thought it was going to be a simple replace the cartridge to my faucet. Brian investigated the situation and presented me with the root cause of my sink and tub faucet leaks - it was the pressure relief valve. He provide me with an estimate and completed the work with detailed precision and professionalism. Thanks Brian!

Mr. Mike Phillips and Ejay serviced me today. Had to have my PRV replaced. From start to end, everything was professional. From initially speaking with Mr. Larry, a follow up call from Mrs. Claudia and a courtesy call from Shalanda. The men were knowledgeable and I felt like I learned a little about plumbing along the way with all my questions! Will definitely use them in the future if needed. Price was reasonable ~ plus gives me peace of mind knowing that it's done correctly.

The plumber who arrived to repair the toilet was not very friendly. He had a bad attitude and it seemed like he wasn't too concerned about addressing my issues. Also the fee for the work done was very expensive. I'm not impressed with the company at all.

**Review for Universal Plumbing** I recently had the misfortune of hiring Universal Plumbing, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I had a simple plumbing issue, and they quoted me almost double what other local companies were charging, and their service was subpar at best! I naively thought their high prices might justify exceptional service, but boy, was I wrong. Not only did they fail to fix the issue properly, but I ended up having to call another plumber to finish what they started--resulting in yet another cost to me! Their customer service was equally disappointing; my concerns were met with indifference. It felt like they were just trying to brush me off rather than take responsibility for their shoddy work. I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They may promise the universe, but all you'll get is a black hole in your wallet and a plumbing problem that remains unresolved. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values its customers and provides honest work.
