Universal was recommended by one of our neighbors. We had a leak in the wall that had leaked into the drywall and carpet. We called Universal and Paul located the leak and got it fixed quickly and professionally. I can't say enough about how thorough and reasonably priced they were. I will call them for all of my plumbing needs in the future and recommend them highly!

Messaged about replacing my water heater for a tankless system. After texting back and forth with photos of my current water tank, I was told they will send an estimate and come out for a site inspection. I've sent several follow up messages with no response. Look elsewhere if you're looking for timely responses.

My property manager had Paul work at my rental property twice. We found his charges to be excessive for at least one of the visits- installing new toilet ballcocks (2) at the cost of $245!! My husband had installed one at our home (he is not a plumber, just a knowledgeable homeowner) it took him less than 30 minutes and the part cost less than $25. We had called Paul quite a few times and his email was undeliverable address. We called to obtain an ITEMIZED bill for his services, as the invoices we were provided from him just named the work and a total cost. No breakdown of charges so we are not even sure of the amount he charges for hourly work. We have no idea what the breakdown was for installing a new Moen cartridge on the other job nor the cost of the part. When we finally got a call back from him he said he would call the next day but we never heard back from him. I have always received a complete invoice from any work done that would show the name of the problem, the fix, the parts cost and hourly charge. Since this plumber does not provide detailed itemization of the work done I would not hire him again.

I called on a Sunday at noon, and thankfully he was able to swing by within an hour. Wasn't a big job, small leak under the kitchen sink but he showed up within the hour. He was professional and courteous. He may of been a tad bit higher than others, I'm not real sure but made up for it in showing up quickly and finishing promptly. I would definantly call again for plumbing services.

Had a fantastic experience with Tom from Universal Plumbing. Arrived earlier than predicted, was very courteous, knowledgeable, informative, and resourceful. Was even careful to remove the drywall in large square pieces enabling the drywall repair to go smoothly and quickly! He did the work quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. Super pleased with the results and would highly recommend them in the future.
