We had an issue with the kitchen sink not draining. I called Universal Plumbing and Rooter and Martin responded. Not only was he able to come within a very short time, he was able to address the problem within a short time. He replaced the corroded pipe and snaked the pipeline. The job was very much to our satisfaction. Martin was knowledgeable and was patient in explaining the problem as well as quick in fixing it.

So let me just tell you first off I have used plenty of plumbers over the years. I have used great ones and not so great, but Universal Plumbing & Rooter was exceptional!!

The service and timing was great. Martin was super knowledgeable, helpful, kind, humble and professional. The issue was my water in the kitchen sink was not draining. He was able to fix the issue in a quick and timely manner.

I will continue to use them for the needs in the household regarding plumbing. If you are looking for someone that really knows what they are doing, is punctual, honest, this is the company!

Hands down, he has got your back..I mean your plumbing :-) !! Nothing but props!!

We purchased a garbage disposal and it's installation through Lowe's. Angi pro sent Martin from Universal Plumbing and Rooter. Martin is very friendly and helpful. He initially installed the unit which first appeared to be a defective unit. After de-installing it for return, he decided to try the unit in another outlet. It worked so he installed it again.

Martin went above and beyond by assisting us in clearing the aerator on the kitchen faucet and helping me make a video on how to use the disposal wrench for unjamming.

We definitely would have saved money if we had directly hired Martin or one of his team members.

My toilet was leaking into my downstairs neighbor's unit, so I called Universal Plumbing & Rooter, and they were able to come within an hour. Great experience with Universal. With the recent birth of our child, we've had a lot of visitors and it ended up taking a toll on the sewer line connected to our kitchen and laundry areas (not to mention a couple of missing baby socks...).
