I contacted Universal on behalf of my employer after receiving very poor service from another company. They were pretty amazing. I contacted them late in the day, so they had someone come out the next morning. The technician, Chris, was very helpful. He was professional, polite, and very accommodating. He was also very thorough and detailed in his inspection, which is very important here, because he ended up saving us about $600. We had such a great experience with Universal, we have decided to make them our preferred plumbing vendor. Thank you Chris for doing a great job, and thanks to the entire staff for providing excellent customer service!

This is the best plumbing company you will find. Never loose their number!
Today I was changing out the vanity and sink in my bathroom. Come to find the pipe leading to the shut off valve has disintegrated. I quickly shut off the main water line and called Universal Plumbing. I love these guys! They came over within hours (which was very important, because I have tenants that need their water on) Quickly fixed the pipe, didn't charge me an arm or a leg. Do yourself a favor, if you need a plumber CALL UNIVERSAL PLUMBING

I called for an estimate in the morning. Called again in the afternoon when I hadn't heard from anyone. By 9 p.m. still nothing, so I posted a review here stating just that. Within two minutes, the owner of the business called me and said someone had just seen my review. He asked me to take it down because it would hurt his business. I was, and still am shocked. Needless to say, the pitbull is ready if they should ever try to stop by.

Guys, these guys are the real deal!

I am the kind of person who thinks all tradespeople are out to get me and my money, counting on my lack of knowledge--the quintessential optimist, am I--but at no point did I feel like the fellas from Universal Plumbing were trying to swindle me!
Edmund and Sergio showed up, were incredibly kind and respectful and went straight to work!
They also gave me complementary tips and advice on my rights as a renter in Los Angeles!

It serves to mention that the job at hand was not at all glamorous, nor would it earn the company loads of money. They simply helped to hook up my new stove and changed the shut off value, which is an easy enough task iffin you're the kind of person to have multiple monkey wrenches laying around. I am not that kind of person yet.

No one wants plumbing problems, but I'm so glad to now know and trust a plumbing company enough to not overly sweat it if the pipes ever go awry!

So tonight, when I cook a meal in my own kitchen for the first time in far too long, I will be thanking and toasting to the good ol' Universal Plumbing Co.!!!

We had to replace our shower pan and get a hot mop after not having one for about 6 months. They were nice, and they did the job in good time. The price was good too. Whatever problem we had, they were nice enough to fix it. They will do what it takes to give their clients the 5 star treatment. Thank you.

I'm so happy I called Universal. I hadn't needed a plumber since I moved into my house over 10 years ago but all good things come to an end, right? So when my kitchen faucet started leaking, I started looking for plumbers in my area and did my due diligence and looked to Yelp etc. to see what others had to say.

Universal was the only company that was a 5 star company. I don't think I've seen any other businesses of any kind that had only 5 stars! And they lived up to their reviews, Solomon was so thorough explaining my options to me and so very helpful because of my budget. I needed a new kitchen faucet and when I explained what I could afford they even went shopping for me! Wowser!

And after the installation Mike made sure to explain the warranties on their work and the manufacturer of the faucet. Also, they are super good about cleaning up any water or debris left because of the work they did.

Solomon and Mike are the best! I highly recommend them and Universal, oh! And Esther in the office too. When I first called, she was so patient with me because I had many questions and I'm sure that she has a busy day, every day but she took her time with me and then scheduled my appointment.

Again, I highly recommend Universal and will call them again if I have future needs.

Since I'm the only one that has a yelp in our family, I will speak for us as a 'thank you' to these guys. We had a backed up kitchen sink line and we were trying to look for the thriftiest way to get it fixed. We called universal and told us not to worry about a thing. Leo came in and told us the price. When he told us the price we immediately put him to work hahaha! he fixed our pipeline by snaking and yanking out the clogged. I suggest you call these guys and don't hesitate!! theyre very quick and easy to associate with.
