At Universal Construction, we pride ourselves on our expertise. My role as a General Contractor encompasses every phase of construction. We handle the complete construction process. We DESIGN, BUILD, and INSTALL various systems including Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Heating. We proudly maintain an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. Our services include blueprints for architectural and structural needs to be submitted to city building departments. We guide you through the Permit Process. As we commence work, we will assist you in finding the right products for your project. We carry Liability Insurance, Workman's Compensation Insurance, and a State Bond to safeguard your investment. I am eager to meet with you to share design ideas and offer a Free Estimate.
While working in construction, I realized that SERVICE is equally important as technical ability. For eight years, I worked as a Journeyman Union Carpenter. Throughout that period, I purchased several homes. I took pleasure in remodeling these homes. I learned Plumbing, Electrical, Heating, tile, Drywall, and painting on my own. All my work was completed with Building Permits. By doing so, I had my work reviewed and approved. I loved it so much that I decided to pursue it professionally. I decided to become a General Contractor and launch my own construction firm. I attended school for Construction Management and earned my BA. Subsequently, I earned my General Contractor's License. I have been learning ever since. I find joy in building and finding solutions to the challenges that arise in any project.
