Ive used universal automation multiple times and each time their prices were great. On multiple occasions I had emergency repairs and they accommodated me. They even sent a guy at midnight on a Sunday because something had to fixed from 2AM to 6AM so I could open at 8. Great people to deal with and flexible.

Price gouging at its best. Complete rip off for sub par work. Prices are easily 30-50% more than they should be. Find a different company to work with. Very shady business practices. Charged over 5k for work that any other company would charge 3000-3500. Over billed for parts and labor costs.
