I got Alaine's contact from a friend of mine who highly recommended him. I hired him to install a home water softener system. He was very communicative and came home to provide a quote for the job. After I hired him, he was flexible in providing an appointment that works with our schedule. He completed the job flawlessly and explained the workings of the system very patiently. My water heater went out on a Friday evening I called around andAlain from united xpress plumbing answered my call. He was very kind on the phone and said he would be at my house with in an hour. He showed up like 45 minutes later saw my water heater not working and told me I need a new one cause it was leaking. Alain is very knowledgeable with the work that needed to be done. He helped me the whole way from start to finish the new water heater is working perfectly I was so happy with his service. I highly recommend this company very good on price and really knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing I have other issues around the house that for sure I'll be calling united xpress plumbing for thank you again Alain for your wonderful service and your knowledge.
