We had a slow drain caused by tree roots in our kitchen drain going under the basement floor. David is super fast in responding, efficient, thorough at fixing the clog (about 2 hours, double checked to make sure it was draining at full blast for 5 minutes without water backing up), super affordable price and tried to keep the cost down before using the more extreme measures. Very polite, professional, honest and didn't try to BS nor up charge. He was more than half the cost of what another roto rooter company quoted us for. David
even went above and beyond in putting in root killer afterwards for us. I would recommend him to everyone!

What a wonderful experience I have had with United Sewer And Drain. When I phoned, I spoke with David C. and made an appointment. He said he would phone me in the morning, which he did, and he arrived shortly there after. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. It didn't take him very long to solve a problem a plumbing company as already tried to fix twice. David explained what he was going to do and he did what he said he would do. He did not try to make the situation any different than what it was. I thought I needed future work and what he saw with a camara says no further work is needed at this time or the near future. He did recommend a quick check up in a year or two, which I will do. Thank you David for your hard work and honesty.
