Dave with United Sewer & Drain was responsive and professional. We had a problem with basically every pipe in the house, nothing was draining. It was so blocked up that water started flowing to areas of least resistance and was leaking into the crawl space. Not an easy job and we had already ""fixed"" the problem with another plumber 3months prior. (I first called the plumber who ""fixed"" the problem prior, he said he would have to start all over and the new price to do the same job a second time was 3x the cost when questioned on the raise in price he told me he did not need this headache and stormed off the job, be warned Sureflow plumbers are not the company you want in your home!)
When I found United Sewer & Drain I looked at all the positive reviews and the courtesy discount he offers to our soldiers I thought I'd give Dave a call.
Dave answered by call in record time and was here the same day. The job was difficult and hard to tell where the problem was. Dave started with the least expensive solution first and worked hard to solve the problem.
He was kind, honest and hard working. He communicated along the way and stayed with in his estimated cost.

I bought a house with a sewer pipe that had so much guck built up and bellies in the line that two different companies that looked at the line thought it was collapsing. It was so narrow and water sitting stagnant in line that sewer water was backing up into the house. We were told that we were going to have to dig up the entire driveway and also the street 120 feet! It would have been over $10,000!
I had David from United Sewer and Drain come and do a third camera inspection. He spent hours hydro jetting the sewer line so he could do a better camera inspection. Turned out there were only some bellies (dips) in the line, there were no openings or collapsing parts in the line, and the roots in the line were minor. Water is going down the line great now and David gave us recommendations of how to flush the line to keep the bellies from collecting stuff. David has good intuition and experience that is invaluable. His prices are also reasonable.

I chose United through Yelp reviews. I called at approximately 7:30pm on a snowy day in April. He came within an hour ready to go straight to work. David, is a very professional worker that knows what he is doing. I had a clogged drain in the bath tub and he diagnosed the issue and tackled it.I was overly satisfied with his performance and would certainly recommend to anyone that needs the services he offers.

United Sewer and Drain provided a fast fix to my plumbing nightmare.

I've been in my home for two years now and like any other home, especially an older one, there seems to be one issue after another that needs to be addressed (roof, electrical, etc). Home repairs are expensive and are, no doubt, a pain in the ass. Plumbing is no different. I bought an Angie's List deal for United and they quickly responded. The discount was about a 10% savings and was for $112.50 for one hour of service, including labor costs.

I received a message on AL from them within a very short time and set up an appointment for the end of the following week (they let you pick three times you are available for an appt when you buy the deal and the service provider lets you know your appt day/time). I sent them my contact information and informed them that I would be at work but my husband would be home during the service time. They arrived on time and my husband said they flat out told him what the issue was and how much it would cost over the already purchased amount from Angie's list. For about 200$ over the original purchased cost they fixed my pipes, installed my garbage disposal, and gave detailed instructions on how to avoid future issues.

One note is that they accept credit cards, which rocks when you are strapped for cash at the end of the month (mortgage payment due, etc). I would definitely use them again and can see why they are highly rated. House repairs are hella expensive but I felt like I was in good hands with United Sewer and Drain.

Had a serious sewer drain leak in my office. Originally had an issue with a scheduling Mix up on a Friday. Got a call first thing Saturday morning with an apology. They took care of my issue that day. These guys were fast, efficient and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

Shower drain cracked and the pipes are almost 100 years old. David came same day to take a look and recognized the old Drum trap, that had to go. They gave an honest estimate and time frame for the job. The day of the repair they were on time and made quick work of the job. I can't recommend them enough! United Sewer & Drain showed up almost immediately after I called just to check out my clogged sink!!! The guys Dave and Tommy are fantastic, they unclogged my sink and also helped unclog my shower/tub drain so now it drains faster!!

My drain stopped working yesterday afternoon and I gave up trying to clear it myself in the evening. Dave called me back quickly and he and Tom were able to come by at 9am this morning to get things running again. They were quick (15 minutes!) and didn't tsk-tsk me for using drano as other plumbers have in the past. Very friendly, and they know what they are doing. I don't know how their prices compare to other places as I didn't get other quotes.
