What a wonderful experience I have had with United Sewer And Drain. When I phoned, I spoke with David C. and made an appointment. He said he would phone me in the morning, which he did, and he arrived shortly there after. He was very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. It didn't take him very long to solve a problem a plumbing company as already tried to fix twice. David explained what he was going to do and he did what he said he would do. He did not try to make the situation any different than what it was. I thought I needed future work and what he saw with a camara says no further work is needed at this time or the near future. He did recommend a quick check up in a year or two, which I will do. Thank you David for your hard work and honesty.

Amazing service and expertise!!! David came out in 4 hours after I called and fixed a main sewer line blockage for $500. Another larger brand name company wanted to charge me $9k to excavate and change the line in my backyard. That would have cost me close to 12k with re land scaping. David is awesome and will be my go to guy going forward.

David was great! Called me back within a few minutes and was able to make a same-day appointment for my backed-up main line. He was very thorough in explaining the problem (and even showing me how he was fixing it with his cool camera.) He was very knowledgable about our old house and explained WHY we were having this chronic problem... and left me with some options for addressing it, including a referral to another local plumber.

I am a new home owner. I learned that there were roots growing in the sewer pipes after a serious backup. I called a number of different plumbers but after speaking with David, I knew that he would be fair. Over the phone he explained everything that might be going on. When discussing costs, he was very clear and priced under all the other plumbers that I called. When David actually did the work, he was very thorough, explained everything, and did a great job. I could tell that he was about doing good work rather than making a quick buck or taking advantage of people. For my circumstance we also had a 6 month follow up camera inspection where he honored and gave me great feedback on my status of the root growth.

Dave with United Sewer & Drain was responsive and professional. We had a problem with basically every pipe in the house, nothing was draining. It was so blocked up that water started flowing to areas of least resistance and was leaking into the crawl space. Not an easy job and we had already ""fixed"" the problem with another plumber 3months prior. (I first called the plumber who ""fixed"" the problem prior, he said he would have to start all over and the new price to do the same job a second time was 3x the cost when questioned on the raise in price he told me he did not need this headache and stormed off the job, be warned Sureflow plumbers are not the company you want in your home!)
When I found United Sewer & Drain I looked at all the positive reviews and the courtesy discount he offers to our soldiers I thought I'd give Dave a call.
Dave answered by call in record time and was here the same day. The job was difficult and hard to tell where the problem was. Dave started with the least expensive solution first and worked hard to solve the problem.
He was kind, honest and hard working. He communicated along the way and stayed with in his estimated cost.
