Called for a pipe clog. Was told it was not the mainline, it was the house trap. They did the work for 300.00 and my receipt was supposed to be emailed to me but never got it. 3 days later, pipe clogged, went to clear the house line and it was the main line.
Called and was told that they cleared the main line. No they did not. Told them they were lying ( we have had this done before snd know the large piece of equipment needed for the main line). He then said that he didn't use that, then when we said he was still lying, he hung up on us. But no worries, just found out our insurance will cover the full sewer line replacement, which we would have done through this company, but found someone else

I called these people not once but twice. I was charged $530 and my drain was still plugged. I have tried in vain to get copies of my 2 receipts and I can't even get them. Another area sewer specialist came in and promptly unplugged my sewer! I wouldn't let them plunge my toilet!
