We've just finished a second job with Alex and crew from United Remodeling. Since its a second job you know the first one went well too.
Alex knows what to do and how to do it for every remodeling challenge you have. This one was a bathroom remodel, top to bottom. It looks gorgeous and we will certainly be having Alex do our next project.

Our five week project started out great for our first floor remodel. The workers were reliable and talented - no issues with the workmanship. Only one worker was sent each day after demolition which dragged the project on and on and kept us from our living space for far too long. Their billing system made us feel like we were being cheated. I know they did multiple projects at the same time but the bill reflected separate hourly projects. Eight hours for a days work could result in 12 hours billed.
We spend many hours scouring the bills and arguing with the owner. Toward the end of the project, it would be days before anyone would come to finish as they were on to their next gig. We finally hired some else to finish the work just to get it done.
It was exhausting working with this company. I hired them in good faith and expected better.
