Great service, great value. The company was very competitive in pricing. They quickly filled out the insurance paperwork our building requires, it was easy to schedule an appointment that met our needs, great communication, Yuri arrived right on time and did a quality job. He explained what he was doing as he worked, and discovered another issue with dishwasher supply line while he was under the kitchen sink and was able to repair it. We will definitely use this company again and are recommending to our neighbors.

Reached out to Yara Saturday after hours and Yuri M came out the very next morning on a Sunday and promptly addressed a toilet leak by replacing the wax. Fantastic service! From my initial request for a quote to completion of the job today, these guys are always on top of their service. I purchased a water heater separately and had United Plumbing complete the installation. Their quote for labor was very competitive, they arrived on site, and on time, their staff, both in the office, and in the field are very polite, professional, and very service oriented.

All 5 stars reviews and I'm not at all surprised. I have used this company on 2 separate occasions. Yuri is the best. He arrives on time, no upsell on the project and offers very competitive pricing. Received follow up phone calls from Yara to measure customer service. This is a well run company. You will NOT be disappointed with this new fresh choice in plumbing services in the San Diego area. United Plumbing and Yuri and Yelp to the rescue. So President's day weekend, sink backs up so 65 yo husband on roof c 25 ft snake and no change and no broken neck. The rest of the house fine. Google opinion and vinegar and baking soda down the drain no dice x 3. Now time for a plumber. Checked on Yelp on a name plumber from La Jolla area and the name plumber would come out between 1-5 but would not give cost estimate for just drain rootering. Not even ballpark estimate. Bummed out but looked at emails and about 5 plumbing companies responded from my one Yelp inquiry. United Plumbing up front gave $150 estimate plus more for more work AND would be there between 1-3 pm. Had not heard of them but my wife was out so I figured I could hide the I TOLD YOU SO if things went downhill.
.Unbelievable company. Yuri, a Ukrainian engineer now a a 9 year experienced Plumber, showed up and was CLEAN, POLITE, RESPECTFUL, ANSWERED dumb questions from the human plumber-Urologist- homeowner and attacked the sink pipes and doggedly unclogged the drain. Unbelievable plumber probably a better person.
Final cost the $150. Will now only use United Plumbing and hopefully Uri if available. A prompt, efficient and honest plumbing company. Reading reviews after the fact, verifies that United and Uri are not one hit wonders.

The water in our toilet stopped running in a second bathroom used by our two kids and all guests. I was panicking to say the least. After submitting my inquiry through yelp, United Plumbing was one of the first to respond. They said they could have a plumber to our house within the hour. The plumber showed up earlier than that and our problem was fixed within 20 minutes. The service and professionalism blew my expectations away! I highly recommend United Plumbing!
