This is the worst plumbing company in memphis. They prey on the elderly. They gave my mother a $1,600 estimate to replace one toilet and repair the other. We called a trusted contractor who came over and fixed both toilets for less than $50. One of them only needed a screw and the other one just needed a couple of minor parts. There was absolutely no replacement required whatsoever. These people need to be called out for praying on the elderly. Beware!

My experience was not satisfactory. United Plumbing came out without providing a quote for services. When the price was finally provided (after the work was done) it was 50-75% higher than other similar plumbing outfits. The work was done incompletely causing my washer to back up and drain onto the floor. The drain was not completely cleared and they informed me that they would need to come back at an additional cost. The only follow-up I received was at 8am the next morning requesting payment for services (before I even had the chance to sit down at my desk and make a payment). If you intend to use United Plumbing you should - 1) make sure you get a quote up front 2) be there to ensure that they check fixtures for drain blockages 3) bring your credit card since they'll want you to pay immediately and before the work is properly checked 4) don't expect them to actually fix the problem.

Scheduled an appointment with the office for a kitchen faucet repair. It was not a major repair but they still treated me with respect. Tech was friendly, prompt and worked quickly. Price was reasonable and United Plumbing had the entire matter handled very efficiently. I could not have asked for better service. I would not hesitate to call them again. Oakland TN.

One of the toilets in my rental was clogged up and I called United Plumbing. A technician came, spend a little over an hour and could not open the drain. Charged me $450 to my credit card and then sent an email estimate for $3,310 to come back and open the drain.
I called a local individual plumber and he used a water hose and a bladder balloon and opened it in less than 15 minutes. He felt so bad about my previous treatment by United Plumber and outrageous charge and he only asked for only $40 !!! and refused to accept any more.
