They not only have someone who answers the phone (shocking), but they did their best to get to me as quickly as possible for my semi-urgent need. AND, unlike the other shops that sort of responded (most shops did not even respond to the message I left - I called 11), gave me instructions on how to minimize the damage prior to the service call. AND, Allen was respectful, knowledgeable, capable, thoroughly neat, considerate of dry wall removal & replacement, and friendly/personable. My problem was solved in an expeditious manner and I don't have a huge mess left for me. I could not have asked for more. Will I call on United Plumbing and Allen Tingue again when the need arises???? YES!!!
