We were extremely satisfied with the services provided. Matt, our plumber, arrived with mask & gloves on. He proceeded to explain what he was going to do & how. Matt was efficient, cleaned up thoroughly & then explained how the job was completed. Matt asked if we had any questions & whether there was anything else we needed/ wanted. This was our 2nd experience with United Plumber & they are now our go to plumbing company!

Mark was out today to replace a sink in our new home. The builder mistakenly installed the wrong color sink , and therefore it didn't match the toilet. Mark took his time to remove the old undermount sink ,which in addition to mounting hardware, had been siliconed securely to the granite. Mark made certain the granite was not damaged in any way. He did great work and made certain everything functioned properly and thoroughly cleaned the work area prior to leaving.

Third good encounter with 2 United service men. Confidence inspiring. Today was a 1hr. call back for a pinhole supply line leak, after a sink install on Tues. Long story short, they charged me a minimal service charge. Scott was professional, I friendly. This is my go-to resource for my 1956 Florida ranch house problems!

This place is going through some weird transition, or has terrible management. But it doesn't have to be your problem. My wife apparently saw positive reviews on google, but ... To start, we called to schedule an estimate for a job, and they just didn't show up at all. Strike one. We called to find out what went wrong 15 minutes after the arrival window ended and they rescheduled. It happens. So the estimator came the next day (Thursday), was very thorough, helpful, and said he hoped we'd get an estimate by the weekend, best case. Well, there it was the following Thursday morning and no estimate. Strike two. I called to ask for an ETA on the estimate a few days after the visit and was told that we'd need a new water heater, (not suggested but required) that new pipes couldn't be reconnected to our working water heater. No other company told us this and I think it's BS. Also the manager telling me that was fairly unfriendly and unpleasant which makes it all the more suspect, not to mention off putting. Strike three. You're out. United, either shut down during your transition, or deal with your internal issues, or drinking or drug problems, or let some companies that want to work serve the area. Go with water works in Cape Coral.

United Plumbing of SW Florida came out to unplug a sewer line that was clogged. I was told the cost would be $120 per hour. The plumber arrived and worked less than 2 hours on """"fixing"""" the problem. He presented me a bill for $410 for the less than 2 hours work. I regretfully paid the $410 even though it was twice what I was told the cost would be. When I called United plumbing to inquire about why the cost was almost double, I was told it was because the plumber had to use an auger to clear the pipe. An auger is a standard tool used to unclog blockages. Why would this be extra? If I hire a painter do I pay more because they had to use a paintbrush to complete the work? If I hire an electrician should I pay more because they had to use wire cutters? On top of this misrepresentation, the line reclogged within 4 days of being cleared. When I called them back they told me there is no guarantee and they would again send someone out for the same ridiculous amount of money to redo a job they didn't do correctly in the first place. I asked for some consideration given the money I paid and the pipe reclogging in such a short time period. they plain out told me """"NO CONSIDERATION"""". I of course, used another company who came out & did the job correctly. I suggest avoiding this company and saving yourself the money and associated grief they have caused me.

Got 1 star only because I had to. Had this company install a new valve in the shower and new valve in the bathtub. Changed outdated poly line to bathtub. Instead of using a single piece of line, installed many joints in line I suppose to use leftover line from other jobs, leaks waiting to happen! Installed hot water line on the right side instead of left. Basic Plumbing!!! And this cost me a whopping $860. What a deal! When I contacted the """"service manager"""" Ha. He was very confrontational and when I asked for the owner's name he lied about who it was. Thank you Sunbiz! Sent him an email again requesting the owner to call about their shoddy work. Department of Business & Professional Regulation is next. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

Superb service! I called with a fairly emergent plumbing problem at 3:15 pm today. The receptionist was super friendly and accommodating. The plumber Tim showed up at 3:45ish, fixed the problem in a timely manner, and was very thorough. The rate was completely reasonable and fair. I would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Please do not use this company. They state that they provide the first 30 minutes of service in the $90 service charge, but my plumber attempted to add $45 even though he was on the job less than 30 minutes.....when I called to complain no one seemed to care.....this is not someone you should use.

We purchased a brand new home and two of the toilets didn't flush (inspector caught one of these problems). The tank didn't fill. I called and asked them to come repair as we were under warranty (and reminded them of such) they asked me to put down a credit card to make the appointment. I let them in remotely since we hadn't moved in yet. They augered the line (over $400 charge) and fixed the other toilet. TOTAL was $568! I called, complained and begged them to reconsider the charges as everyone (even me) knows a new toilet that doesn't fill does not need to have the line augered. So I watched a video and fixed it in 5 minutes (adjusted the fill valve). I never authorized the work. THEY ARE CROOKS.
