Not only is he knowledgeable and efficient, but also explained everything he was going to do, and gave us an estimate up front. Who does that anymore? I am sick of these abusive or incompetent a@@holes and I will never HIRE anybody ever again. You cannot go to a restaurant without coming across a psycho server (2017), or ordering stuff on amazon/walmart (2020-2024) with out the drivers or ware house workers ripping you off or stealing your packages, thus never getting your s**t. United was not incompetent but would I EVER hire them again, NO. They won't say the full name of the workers because they are all psychos and they know it. I just called a plumber and GOT The full name of my worker. They were not trying to hide anything. Yes I was overcharged tho. Don't trust ANYBODY. Or at least call only a handyman. Not a MAIN company. But am I abusive TOO, you bet I am if am screwed with.
We are living in an era of O Ps, and only YOU enlightened ONES know what I am talking about. Enough said.

came out the same day - that was hard to believe. Hector arrived in a very professional vehicle after giving me an eta over the phone; and then he was actually here when he said. I can only begin to tell you how great this company, their employees and the service was for my Wife and Me. I met their service technician Daniel on a Friday for an inspection on a leak in the water main of the house we had just purchased and also asked him for an estimate for plumbing a new gas line for our clothes dryer. We subsequently set a date for the following Wednesday and he did all the service work with new, high quality shut-off valves and everything else needed to complete the job. Then two days later the water heater failed, which was not totally unexpected as the house was new to us. We called United Plumbing back and Daniel was able to return, giving us (3) options on what we could do with a difficult installation circumstance. We made a decisive decision and Daniel was able to get a new RUUD gas water heater and install it the same day! His professional attitude and work ethic in each case was a pleasure to witness. I readily recommend United Plumbing to everyone who needs service work or updates to their water and natural gas systems!

I cannot thank United Plumbing Enough. I called Friday Evening as my gas valve went out on my hot water heater. At this point, I had been out of hot water for days and I was being jerked around by another company. Ed answered the phone on that Friday Evening and said he could get the part the next day. He also was able to come on Saturday to get gas valve replaced. Ed was so kind and helpful. I felt like my dad was coming to the rescue. United Plumbing forever will have my business. I just cannot think them enough for what they did for me.

Our hot water heater exploded late in the evening last night, and the head of the company was on face time with me immediately. Then by 10 am today they had someone out to totally replace it. Our serviceperson's name was Remington & he was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, fast, & even helped us move furniture. On a scale of 1-10, I'd give him 100!

I'm way behind on writing this review, but these folks were so amazing that I will always be thankful for their help.
While doing laundry at my mother's house, I noticed gurgling noises coming from the toilet. That's weird, right? In checking the basement, I noticed water coming out of the clean-out. Stopped the washer and called United right away. They had done work on the house in the past and were always quick, professional, and reasonable with their prices.
They arrived on time, and quickly determined that the line from the house to the sewer was plugged. They tried every tool in their toolbox to clear it, but it was clear that digging would be required.
It took a couple of days to get permits, and we were concerned about rain - but as luck would have it, the rain held off and they were able to dig up the damaged line, put in new pipe, put a clean-out in the yard, and have us back up & running.
Their prices are exceptionally reasonable, and these guys truly care about taking care of their customers. I highly recommend them!
